Welcome to KCLS Property Management. We are a small family based Letting Agency that is all about the personal touch.
KCLS Property Management was founded in 2012 by Managing Director Marc Klan. Having been involved in the Edinburgh property market for some 10 years in both selling and letting, Marc’s initial vision was to create a fundamentally unique Letting Agency offering a truly tailored and bespoke service to both Landlords and Tenants.
Since our humble beginnings in 2012, the dynamics of KCLS have changed greatly in order to facilitate our rapidly growing portfolio. True to our core beliefs, we continue to set Letting trends and with a reputation for excellence, we are strongly regarded as one of the market leaders in residential letting.
