Kebabish

Very poor service. Have previously ordered a set meal and did not receive Gulab Jaman - also chicken tikka Karahi was not tikka. It was no biggy but when we ordered again - advised had not received desert with last order and that chicken was not tikka. Was assured this would be resolved and that would receive extra dessert this time. So far so good. Until my wife started to eat her curry which was loaded with green chillies to the extent it was basically inedible. Called to advise on the curry and was told we had ordered desi style (we had not) in fact on the previous order we had been offered desi style and declined. Told this was the way the curry was always made and that 'our customers' like it and dealt with extremely dismissively. Previous complaint was also brought up.

My wife had previously enjoyed the Karai curry twice before and this was 100% different from before. I was disappointed with the garlic chilli chicken curry.

In summary
- the kebabs are very good
- curries are hit and miss
- service is 0/10.

Will NEVER use this takeaway again under current management.

Awful service. . One meal was missing from my order . Had to phone them threw times about it . Ordered at 6pm . Didn't receive one meal till after 9pm . Totally ruined my evening with friends that I was looking forward to

Appalling service. The manager is very rude and threatening. We ordered food and it came late then when it came one order was completely wrong. My sister phoned to complain and he argued with her and threatened her saying he wouldn't refund her order or send a replacement. I then phoned to resolve the issue as my sister was upset and the manager threatened me also and gave me attitude while I tried to be patient and calmly resolve the problem. He stated we weren't listening to him and that he refuses to ever serve this household again baring in mind my sister is only here for a visit. I asked him why he is shouting at me like that and he justified his attitude and aggression by stating I'm from the same household so I must be as horrible as my sister. That was ridiculous he did not give me a chance as a different customer and lumped me into a group of people he hates even though all I did was try to resolve the issue. The manager is incredibly rude and really needs to sort his attitude and anger out. I will not be treated like that especially when all I tried to do was listen and help

should be no star, i am first time. orders a pizza , i never eat a pizza like this as i felt like eating raw dow bcz half cooked. when i called return pizza then told me to pizza was fine & take this cold pizza and no money return. very rude with me abused. But i did't expect money at least they should give another pizza for satisfaction. awful experience ruined my day. avoid this place.

Food was delicious. Staff were really good at helping me choose the best option. Ordered at 17.03 and my food was delivered for 6pm as requested! Well done to the kebabish team 👍 Disappointed in the negative reviews. Every food place has ups and downs! My experience here was brill and I'll definitely be back for more #TeamKebabish

Food is always superb. Not many places that get it right....this is one of them. Food is reasonably priced and can be delivered. Staff attitudes and service is second to none. Definetly worth a visit if you are in the area.

Ordered food at roughly 17:45 didn't turn up until 19:10 then when it did turn up we opened up the order and the chicken tikka hoagie we ordered didnt come with a wrap and to make matters worse - all the food was cold, there was the slightest heat in it. They may aswell call themselves Greggs!! So i called up the shop and explained I didnt have te wrap in the hoagie and they told me thats not what a hoagie is! Well ive been eating hoagies for years and i can assure you that it is. I would not reccomend this place to anyone at all.
