Five weeks ago exactly I saw Keenan Property Care's van, memorised website and phoned. The boss came round next day, delivered estimate four days later, we accepted and they started on 31st October. The entire job was completed this morning, a whole room gutted! The whole ceiling, floorboards, joists, two entire walls and the whole thing lined with damp-proof membrane and treated for damp rot.
