I got a consumer unit replaced. This whole service from booking to payment was effortless. Booked online which showed date and price of the job. Engineer turned up on agreed date and did a fantastic job, was respectful of space with a young infant and answered all questions and concerns I had about the job. All invoices, receipts and certificates sent to me a few days later. Great service for the customer would highly recommend.

This was a relatively small job to install a heavy light fitting. The arrangements could not have been made more efficiently. The work was excellent, prompt and professional. I would highly recommend the company.

The team from Keith Gunn electrical were outstanding. Fitted new cables for an induction hob and moved two sockets for me. I live in a tenement flat and the discovered horrors under the floor, which they also carefully rectified.

Very poor. They saw me coming and ripped me off to the tune of £78. Guy spent an hour. Couldn't fix. Couldn't even diagnose. Completed his report to boss stating working fine now. Got wee local place recommended word of mouth. Took 17 mins to fix and charged me £40. It pays to ask around. The response says I did not respond to an offer for operations manager to come and check. I DID respond 6 days ago. I have the email in my sent items! I waited in Thursday and Friday all day for him to arrive. Anyway it's fixed now. I can only give my customer experience.

Chris seems nice at your door (salesman) till you get re-quoted more than double halfway through the job. This company is unprofessional and most of their employees do not have basic trade standards such as making sure light switches are the same height and cleaning up before they leave - after paying thousands of pounds I can say, AVOID absolute pathetic service! We had over 6 separate electricians in our house from the same company (all on different days).
Chris will justify any problems and try to turn things around, its a nightmare dealing with him! I could say much much more but seriously not worth my time, just do not use them.

We had tried to book five other electricians in the north of the city where we live, with two not returning my calls, one just not turning up on the day and the other two taking an initial call and then not getting back to us, despite further calls and texts on our part.

We understand that ours was a very small job but was something that had to be done before we moved out of our flat to leave everything in good working order. From the first response from your office, after deciding to look for someone on the south of the city, to the job then done perfectly, we have been super impressed.
