This is Freda ­¤æ▒­¤ÅĮŌĆŹŌÖĆ’ĖÅ. She wants to join Slimming World With Louise....but it's Fredas' wedding anniversary ­¤ÆŹin 2 weeks and a few weeks after that it's her daughter's 21st. ­¤Æā­¤ÅĮThen there's halloween ­¤Äā and bonfire night ­¤¦© not long after. Before you know it Christmas ­¤Ää will be here! ŌĆ£I feel like IŌĆÖve got a second chance.ŌĆØ Join us in giving a cheer for Jon Vidler, who has today been named our Greatest Loser 2019 thanks to an amazing 20st 7lbs weight loss ­¤Öī! Jon says he had struggled with his weight since childhood and was so badly bullied at school he would turn to food for comfort. At his biggest, he suffered from panic attacks and would hide himself away from the world.
