Bought a clio mk3 at Kennedy cars. Pleased, as after sales care was brilliant and professional, especially John. Done a Europe trip immediately after and the car drove like new! Recommended.

I bought a Citroen DS3 about 6 weeks ago from this "garage ". In my opinion this is the worst garage I have ever had to deal with and I've been driving for over 25yrs! 3 weeks after I bought my car I heard a knocking sound from the back of the car. I took it back and was made to feel like a silly wee schoolgirl who knows nothing. John in my opinion was very rude and patronising. They "fixed" the noise however 2 weeks later the exhaust fell down. I took it to a local garage as my 1 month warranty was finished. The garage quoted me £336 to get it repaired. I was really angry and phoned Kennedy Cars. Danny told me to bring it through and they would look at it. Again no aftersales customer care. John was very rude once more and talked over me. John said he would do a deal with me and advised they would pay half the bill. I've had to pay the other half so I could get my car back. They only did some welding to a bracket, never did any of the work my local garage suggested. Now I'm waiting on the next problem, I have no faith in my new car. All the joy has been taken away.This garage just wants your money and once the deal is done they don't want to see or hear from you again! I wish I had researched this garage before I bought my car. I let my heart rule my head as I really liked the look of the car. I will never make that mistake again. I have given them 1 star but really I would give them nothing!!

Absolutely great company to deal with - I purchased a Mercedes which developed a minor fault after a couple of weeks - this was dealt with & fixed without question or argument in a highly professional manner. Big John was exemplary in his handling of the situation.

Had a great experience here - friendly helpful staff, bought a little corsa which had some issues with the radiator so had a short trip back but everything was fixed promptly and service was always with a smile - I'll definitely be back !

I bought a vauxhall vectra 04 plate for £1000 looked good for the money but that was far from.the truth I got stopped with police a week later for winter checks and 2 tyres were bald and 1 was 13 years old so now have points on my licence because of this garage said they put it through a mot obviously didn't the exhaust has now went and springs have went never buy your car from this place!!

I bought a Peugeot 207 from this company in July 2016. I found the staff helpful and the car has been great. Unlike the main agents there was no high pressure selling.

Cowboys! Should have really been able to tell from the amateur looking set-up at their 'showroom' so I am kicking myself a bit. Do yourself a favour and just avoid dealing with them, don't make the same mistake as me.
Bought a car, got 50 miles home and warning lights came on the dashboard. Called them to ask to return it under warranty and they told me where to go. Legally they must provide a 30 day warranty but they are refusing to honour it. Next stop trading standards...

Excellent service, good price for my trade-in, car well presented and very well cleaned. Chosen garage for repair work was poor but overall a very good experience.
