Purchased a digital piano from the guys in the Dundee store. The service was top notch from start to finish. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.

I visited the Glasgow store today for the first time and had the pleasure of dealing with Struan. As a potential customer who has no idea about guitars or drums he took his time helping us identify the right guitar for my son (aged 9) and wife whilst also allowing my 6 year old son try the electronic Roland drum set. Out come of the day was a successful sale of 2 guitars and an electric drum set. A truly fabulous first experience of what I can only describe as exemplary customer service from this young man and his manager. Thanks guys, will definitely be back.

I have always found Kenny's Music in Glasgow a really friendly guitar shop! Having bought a guitar from them before and then today I was in browsing and trying Telecasters. The sales guy was super helpful and had a real non-pressure approach when helping me try various models. I'll definitely be paying them another visit when it comes time to make a purchase! ��

Excellent service from the moment we walked in the door. My partner had his eye on a specific guitar, when we asked in guitarguitar they check and said the were out of stock so he tried a few others but this one was still what he had his heart set on, after checking the stock online we went to Kenny to try it out. He fell in love as soon as he touched it and walked out with it, the very helpful assistant offered to get a different colour from another store if he had wanted to. He’s a very happy chappy and will definitely return!

Called Kenny's Music (Glasgow store) to find out the availability of a Markbass rig to try before I bought in the future. After being warmly welcomed into the shop, the rig I had inquired about was already set-up. The shop was busy, yet there was no pressure, or hard selling going on. After hours of trying different basses and friendly chats with the guys, I decided to buy the amp much sooner than planned. I will be shopping here again. Cheers!

A big thanks to the staff at Dunfermline and Dundee in helping with a problem with my sons guitar. The staff at Dunfermline very helpfully got in touch with the guitar guru at Dundee (Ron?) and he sorted the problem in two shakes of a lambs tail.



The Dundee staff were also excellent at treating a ten year old boy as an adult customer; patiently allowing him to try a variety of guitars, explaining the difference between various effects pedals and discussing the merits of a range of amps. He loves the new Fender amp you helped him choose btw. Our neighbours maybe aren't as keen lol.



Perhaps the biggest compliment I can pay the guys is, when my son has money burning a hole in his pocket, I'd have no qualms about him shopping here alone. The guys obviously take great pleasure in matching the right gear to the person and don't try to push more expensive equipment. Fantastic service from start to finish.

A big thanks to all the guys at the Glasgow branch who helped our 6 year have a great time buying his first guitar!



The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and the wee guy loved his time checking out all the guitars.
