Kettlercise Classes at Edge Martial Arts. Incorporates Martial Arts, Fitness, wellbeing and classes such as Kickboxing, sparring keysi & groundwork

Edge Martial Arts incorporates martial arts, fitness and wellbeing into our curriculum.

We offer children’s classes where our focus is on building listening skills and confidence through a range of games and skill based activities.

Our children's classes are split into two age groups ( 4-7 and 7-12).

We offer adults classes in fitness kickboxing sparring, keysi, groundwork and Kettlercise.

We are open seven days a week offering individual tuition, ladies only classes, men only and mixed.

9: 00-10: 00 - bag, box and grapple
5: 30 - 6: 30 - kettlercise
6: 30 - 7: 30 - kickboxing for fitness
7: 30 - 8: 30 - grappling
Tuesday
9: 00-10: 00 - bag, box and grapple
4: 30 - 5: 30 - edge junior ages 4-7
5: 30 - 6: 30 edge junior ages 7-12
6: 30 - 7: 30 kickboxing for fitness
7: 30 - 8: 00 - kickboxing sparring
8: 00-8: 30 - knife defense
Wednesday
9: 00-10: 00 bag, box and grapple
5: 30 - 6: 30 - kettlercise
6: 30 - 7: 30 - kickboxing for fitness
7: 30 - 8: 30 - grappling and self defense
Thursday
