I have since used their services several times and secured high quality long term tenants. As I do not live in close proximity to these properties it was important to engage the services of an agent who I could trust to complete the job professionally. Tim and the team consistently deliver results with fair and transparent prices. Key-Lets rental documentation is well structured, they do not tie you up in pointless communication, paperwork and bureaucracy which is unfortunately becoming all too prevalent in this sector. I have no hesitation in recommending Key-Lets services to both tenants new/experienced investors alike.

Moving internationally is not easy. With Key-Lets my questions were answered quickly and thoroughly even if those questions required them to make international calls. After working with this company I simply chose a home they offered, over others I'd managed to find myself; in large part, because doing so would allow me to continue counting on them to work on my behalf to sort out confusing differences and legal matters related to moving countries.

Contracts were gone over, and a detailed inventory and inspection report was shared with me. After I'd moved into my new home they sent a professional in to check all electric and safety issues and install new alarms. They'd placed basic groceries (and flowers) in the home to help me settle my first night. Over the next week they both dropped by and called to make sure all was well.

And now, when their part in the arrangement is over they continue to offer support and information that I may need.

I am happy and grateful for the quality of professional service and the lovely kindness I've experienced with this company.
