Love KFC and the new renovated building is so much more bigger... it really was too small and crowded but like the new layout and if I'm honest it was really needed.

This establishment has never let me down... the person in charge of frying gets it right everytime. Hate dry chicken and so far i haven't been disappointed here.

I would like to thank one staff at the Irvine KFC because I am a single mum and my little boy has ADHD and I told him no that I could not get him one or his little sister one too. So one of it staff members have them ice cream of free. I would like to say a big thank you to all it staff.

Quick service nice food and staff

Visited twice both times waited over half an hour for food even though i was the only customer in the place. Food missing from order, flat juice and terrible presentation. It's newly opened an already in need of new staff or training for everyone working there as its clear they dont know how to run the place or cook the food to an acceptable standard.

The staff here are inexperienced kids, I say kids given the way they behave and prepare food. I have visited 5 times over the last 4 weeks and every visit has been a shambles.

Food is 'always' served cold, limp, stale and flat. This goes from flat soft drinks to fries being either, cold, stale and raw. Chicken, zingers and pulled meat burgers being cold, soggy and ill prepared that you have to go back to the condiments counter to get a fork so that you can eat it.

Nice new refurb but sadly no background music so you constantly hear the staff messing around, talking about who they like and who they hate. What they did with a bargain bucket without the customer knowing?

The manager seen flirting with the contractors which was very off putting, to her shouting that people think she is stupid just because she has a Yorkshire accent. Fire doors blocked by counters they have moved and dirty buckets of water left around & staff in wheelie bins before returning back to handle food?
