They close at half 10 but locked the door at quarter to 9. Two staff members looked at me then went back to cleaning.

Customer service is so bad in this place, I only gave it one star because I can't give it less.
They need to educate their staff in the basics of queue management. The amount of people I've seen almost come to blows coz staff served one before the other...

Good food as always but it's not fast food, more like snail pace. Took 15 mins to get served.

Queue was outside the door they spent more time dancing in the back and the girl that served me forgot a full meal out the order and messed up the previous customers order as well. Food was good though but service was less then desirable.

Like fried chicken? Guess what? This is a fried chicken shop

The menu on the drive through isn't very clear and when there is other people waiting behind u, well u dont have much time to choose what u actually want. when i got home which is only 3 mins away, food was cold.

Lovely food but they cleared my friends popcorn chicken away and she was mad.

Just payed £16 for 2 bacon cheese fillet burger meals and a portion of boneless fillets to find out the only item that was warm was the boneless fillets, the rest went straight in the bin absolutely raging we won't be back garbage !!!!!😠😠😠

Just had bacon and cheese fillet burger meals, to takeaway and a portion of boneless fillets. When we got home which is only a few minutes from KFC the burger and fries were cold and we didnt eat them the only thing warm and edible was the mini fillets, £16 down the drain safe to say we won't be back 😬😬

Not very clean. Food was warming and the sitting area cold and tables not clean

Absolutely the worst kfc I've ever had. Drive through as on road back to Edinburgh. Bread stale. Lettuce turning black on the burger. Undercooked fries.Ordered 2 kids meals, never got their drinks or ice cream even though repeatedly asked if that was all when given 1 bag. Time realised I was on the road. I appreciate it was the 2nd of January but don't open if your not able to provide the service 😠 very disappointed

Food ok, customer service ok, be prepared for a long wait
