Shocking no sides wating ages just not good enuf food freezing

No queue for the til, but a 20 minute wait for food, which was luke warm and the fries were missing. An absolute disgrace. I did wonder why the queue for McDonalds was out of their premises, out of their street, and all the way out to the main road. Now I know!

For some reason the drive through took nearly 1 hour for 8 cars.
I'm not sure they understand the concept of fast food.
No problem with the food just the long wait.

Extremely sorry to be a complaining review but dear me what a place. I thought franchise places should have standards. Sorry the staff were slow and it took ages to get food. I'm not blaming the staff who served as it might be three mangers fault not having enough staff. Food was edible but come on get things sorted.

Not sure where KFC are in the fast food chain. Arrived there last night at 6.20 got to the till 6.30 to be told sorry we are out of chicken (on the bone) so not sure what the C in there name stands for then .so after another scan of the menu = ordered stood until 6.50 until order number called.(Their goes the fast food claim) got home to cold chips and missing popcorn chicken. So I would only recommend them to someone I realy hated. Staff need to be trained on how to order chicken, read a pc screen and pack a bag. Never been to McDonald's at told sorry we have no burgers. VERY POOR😠😠👎👎👎👎

Food good but staff are awful. No customer service skills at all. Restaurant itself was a bit cold.

I know it can be busy but 30 minutes wait for 2kids meals and a coffee is a bit far, also this place is terrible for getting the order wrong at the drive through. Official complaint was submitted to KFC and all they said was you should check your order before you leave. Very helpful for a drive through

Food was poor, fries were cold, chicken was just warm, corn was served past time on sticker, one of the sides of beans was terrible, no sticker on lid as been removed. Staff were not very helpful and struggled to smile. At least the juice was good

Came in and staff could not be more disinterested when serving and continued yawning while serving customers. My friends chicken was cold so took back twice and despite my friend being a chef to trade was advised that chicken was hot enough when you could still stuck you finger in it and not get burnt!! Staff where not very helpfully and no apologies where given!!

Food is really terrible, dry and hard. The service is non existant at the drive thru and they always miss napkins or straws. I have also ordered gravy a few times and had to go back to the drive thru because they have forgotten to give me it. Also ordered an ice coffee drink and it was not mixed, was all at the bottom coagulating.

Card machine wasn't working, No hash browns, Krushem machine wasn't working. Absolutely terrible avoid at all costs. Would give negative rating if I could

Had a nice meal and chips were hot for a change and its warm inside restaurant.

The chips were cold and dry ... I ordered a family feast today thru drive thru never got my side orders ... and that's 2 gravy .... be more serious with work
