Went through the drive through, got home and realised they had forgot half my order had to go back where they did replace my whole order

KFC, Dundee, food is fast and tasty. Never disappointed here. Clean, tidy and plenty of tables. Parking is free.

This one of the better KFC and the staff seem happier and on the ball. The Forfar store don't bother

It's a fast food but usually we have to wait about 10mins also 3 out of 5 we won't get what we ordered. Always forget something from my order.

Service poor, the order was not filled correctly and as we were in a rush did not have time to complain. Real shame!

Quite quiet most of the time. Nice and clean inside.

Third time unlucky! 6.15pm, young guy taking orders at Drive Thru. Was more interested in getting the money than listening to our order.

This is the 3rd time paid for an order and never received it!!

KFC as you'd expect - very quiet when we went in, but tables sat uncleaned and pool of white liquid on the side by the window. Food was good though, and almost immediate as it was quiet.

Chicken is good, fries always feel like they have been sat for a while and staff always seem like they are actively avoiding giving you dips.

Rubbish food and service, the girls attitude was awful, ordered a boneless banquet got 2 prices of chicken without bones which was fine another was with bones, chips were burnt, tasteless, no offer of extra sauce and no napkins or salt in the box.

Spot on despite being very busy and I waited 6+ mins for my order but it came out fresh, hot and not rushed. The wait was due to a big demand for hot wings and is unusual by the way.

Dont bother. Waited 15mins on meal getting made. Thing is they box up the meals they have got ready and let them sit and get cold whilst we waited on Chicken Wings.
