Kfc

Staff are lovely. Shop is freezing. Problems with automatic door staying open. No water in ladies toilet for hand washing. Food went cold before we got the chance to eat it, so it went in the bin.
I spoke to the staff and the manager came out without request. He apologised and explained the door repair is scheduled for tomorrow. He could not have been nicer.
But, as this is the second visit that has been such an unpleasant experience and as my companion is insulin dependant diabetic I / we will not be risking future meals here.
The other item not working was the icecream machine, not that we needed it.
Come on KFC what is the point to a refit if nothing works and basic hygiene for customers is ignored.

Bought a wicked variety bucket and found out too late they left the 8 hot wings out of the bucket. Will make sure if I go back to check they put all the stuff in there.

Food good but the service here is always bad. Never seem to get your drive through order correct.

Been there for decades fast food chain selling cooked chicken with herb batter..no bad

Waited 10 minutes for 3 pieces of chicken
The skin was soaking with grease not fit for human consumption
They have a real cheek selling this to their customers will never be back a horrible experience to see chicken served like that.

Chips frozen. Some staff looked as if they just started all running into each other. I thought I was at the dodgems chicken was warm ans no more. But left it on my window in front of sun. It was hot after that the coke was half full thought I was a Blackpool on the big dipper started to eat it then it fell out bag they gave me. Just went home slapped the wife and told her get the tea and toast on niver going fir a KFC again.
