A great company. Polite . Felt listened to wasn't pushy. Nothing too much. Even delivered my new car as I was unable to collect. I was at ease all the time. Take a look guys you won't be dissapointed

Sold me a car with a faulty TPM sensor which had been flagged up on the MOT. However they reset the system so the warning light didn't come on until I'd left the dealership. When I pulled them up on this they refused to fix and said it couldn't possibly be due to them so I had to pay £100s to fix it! Very dodgy and irresponsible. Only surpassed by Arnold Clark on their lack of customer service. Won't be going back!

I have bought my second hand 69.000miles kia c'eed from them only 9 month ago and now I have to replace the brake disk because too rusted. The car has benn kept in the garage over night since I bought the car. Clearly the problem was already there. Really disappointed. Never used Kia car again. Be careful guy.

Poor... My wife got the car service done, took over 4 hour's due to front pads needing changed. Got told a price for the job plus the service on the phones. Went to pay after all was done and got a bill £60 more than stated on the phone. Response from garage was to call my wife a liar and to put back on our old brake disc pads which will take another 20 minutes. Will never use this garage again.

Kev was probably the rudest, most arrogant salesman you could ever hope to meet. The price of the vehicle was advertised online differently to the paper work so they nearly overcharged me!
I would definitely advise everyone to avoid this garage at all costs!

avoid, took cash from me for going over figures on the phone. gave deposit on car but realised it was not going to be suitable. asked to then cancel and go for another vehicle but was told no yet they said to kia customer service yes. in the end lost 200 from them for a few phone calls on what is your 2nd biggest purchase after your house and was happy to get another car from them but they declined. glad now as have since got a much better rate via Mercedes.
