With the recent obesity epidemic, children are more susceptible to diseases such as diabetes. Kidz Fit Dundee is here to provide a safe and fun environment for children (aged 4-12) to let off steam and improve their health.

Classes will consist of circuit training and childrens' games. These activities whilst fun, improve your child's motor skills, spacial awareness, hand /eye co-ordination, their inter personal skills and overall well-being.
