Sharon and I were delighted to visit the new Whiteleys Retreat today to donate, on behalf of everyone at Kidz Play, a range of toys, games, books and arts and craft materials for the families to use whilst staying there. All the local businesses and individuals who have donated products and/or given of their time should be sooooo proud of themselves! What a fabulous place it is going to be😍

Spotty Zebras will hold their summer get together at Kidz Play this Friday 8th June from 6-8pm. If you have a child with additional support needs age 0-12, why not come along and join the group and meet other parents while the kids play and have fun 😍siblings welcome too 👍🏻

Merry Christmas to all our lovely customers from the fabulous Kidz Play team (who are all having a wonderful time tonight at our staff Christmas party) 😍🎉🎅🏻

We had our first visit yesterday and was great for 8 year old and 8 month old. Staff were attentive to keeping older kids out the baby bit and I was very impressed, will definitely be back! Only thing I'd like them to add is baby snacks, like carrot puffs or wafers x

This is the best soft play, my boys always love coming here! Well kept and clean, the staff are always helpful and friendly, and the food is great! Both boys have had partys here and each one has went perfect, big thank you to Holly for her help at the party on Saturday there. She done a fab job!

This is the best soft play I have come across. Under 5s bit is great as my nearly 2 year old could go up himself (with me watching closely below) giving him independence & building his confidence. Compared to a lot of softplays where the toddlers bit is the size of an average-small living room, this is huge with a lovely soft floor & lots to amuse younger toddlers! We also went into the football bit, also great & had lunch, which all enjoyed!

Thank you so much to kidz play Mason and all his friends had a ball at his party today ! Holly was a fantastic host and nothing was too much trouble xx

Organised chaos today, everyone must have had the same idea after having the kids in the house over Christmas! Very well organised with people being told how long they would need to wait for access and for food. People were given ample time before being shouted to leave and staff were pleasant and helpful despite being run off their feet. Well done all.

Lovely and clean and a decent coffee and cake. One of the best soft plays we’ve been to.

Kidsplay is fantastic! We had our little boys 7th birthday party here for laser quest and we all had a great time. Very well organised...nothing is too much trouble. The staff are very professional and friendly. Price is very reasonable for all the effort they put in. Can't rate them highly enough. Great fun all round.

Great place for the kids. Was very busy, due to school holidays and bad weather, but the staff managed this very efficiently. All the staff are very nice and the food is freshly cooked, good value too.

Fantastic place to bring the kiddiewinks. I have personally been coming to this establishment for years, and have always found the staff to be very friendly and polite. Especially marilyn, who gives everyone the warmest welcome and has never appeared flustered even when the queue is out the door. My little girl niamh is 4, and always acts to come to kids play over any other soft play. The food and drink options are great aswell. Cant fault the place �

Came today with my mum my sister and my 2 year old all the staff were lovely and friendly unlike any other softplay I could actually let my 2 year old run about without him being in harms way of older kids jumping on him if I could give more stars I would defo give more we will be back ��

I especially love the toddlers area and all the thoughtful extras like baby bouncers and jumperoos for the teeny ones. We held a joint birthday party for two of our children there yesterday and it couldn't have been better handled and easier to do. a Big thanks to Aimiee for making it as stress-free as she did! Thank you very much!

Fair play to the staff and the kitchen staff for the amount of food they had to do.. when we ordered we were told about half an hour waiting, it was an hour but you could see it was really busy so didn't mind ! Although some customers weren't happy (far too impatient), I take my hat off to everyone involved ! Keep up the good work ��

As well as using this play area a lot, I had my daughters 4th birthday party here earlier and highly recommend it. No stress and kids had a great time. Staff were fab and can't thank Holly enough for all her help � x

Only downfall is the food that my son got the pizza was great but those smiley face potato things were so oily i dont know if they were made in a fryer but they tasted horrible my son didnt eat them.

Absolutely brilliant day and staff were amazing wld definitely recommend for bday parties 10/10 Wee James and party loved it
