Kilgannon motors avoid like the plague!! Total rip off and vastly overpriced. They had my Lexus 220 for 9 days, 1st time i picked the car up there was oil & greese over the carpets and they refused to pay for a valeter and got his own guys to clean it. They scratched the wing, used half a tank of deisel, i took the car back to them 3 times because it kept breaking down, after the 3rd time he (Jamie, the boss) more or less told me not to come back and they charged me £800. When i went to pick the car up it wouldnt start. The following day the car broke down in Alloa and it has been off the road ever since and this is since June, i've lost my job because i couldnt get to work. He knows how to take your money but he cant fix a car so please please if you value your money do not go to this garage because he will take as much money off you as he can. RIP OFF GARAGE!

Took my VW Polo here for a service, great job from start to finish, transparent pricing and good communication. A pleasure to deal with!

Brilliant customer service from initial contact through to completion. Transparent in how they approach the work with realistic timescales and kept fully informed about progress. Their priority was my safety! Would recommend and will definitely be back!

I can not recommend this place enough. I went to get some tyres changed and as I stepped through the door the customer service was second to none...

Straight away they knew what I was in for as I had booked through black circles and even though they didn't have to, they gave my car a diagnostic to expose any underlying faults.

From then on, I explained how I needed to get some major work done such as the timing belt and told them I was using the main dealer. This is when you realise that the main dealers are there to make life hard and expensive. Not only did they manage to make a booking 3 days in advance they also did the jobs at 1/3 of the price and a whole day quicker.

Unfortunately these small businesses don't have the budget to advertise so it's this customer satisfaction that keeps the work coming.

Once again, if you want a professional, quick, trustworthy service then take you're vehicle here.

Took my car for terraclean,which has improved performance of it feels like driving a new car.Staff very thorough in explaining everything,courtesy car thrown in too,thanks a lot.. .

Great service. Been taking my car back to the dealership with repeated problem (under warranty) but no joy as there was nothing showing up as a fault on the computer!!
Took to our regular garage: problem identified immediately and rectified the problem. 1st class workmanship and service as always.

I had a frightening experience on the motorway when my windscreen washers didn't work. Jamie very kindly unfroze them for me an filled them up with anti freeze, then sent me safely on my way free of charge !

I recently bought my new car from Kilgannon Motors and will be back again when it's time to upgrade.
I got a great deal including service, years mot, warranty and a good trade in for my old car.
After having a few bad experiences with other garages, Steven and the guys were a pleasure to deal with.

A friend put me in touch with Kilgannon Motors when my car recently failed its MOT on emissions. I had been told by my local garage I would need an expensive engine rebuild as this was a common issue with older diesels.

The guys a Kilgannon were brilliant, they checked the car over and advised a Terraclean treatment was carried out. No rebuild was required, my car passed its re-test with flying colours and is now running better than when I bought it.

I can't recommend these guys enough and will definitely be back.
