What a great deal you get for limitless, I paid £25 and then done the limitless thing got my £25 back and also 2 food vouchers for 8 pounds, and the next time we go we have 2 free guest tickets also .and after that It's a £18 a month and for the the first month that gives you also vip seat's am not sure if you pay extra for 3d for the first month, I know you do any other time after that, but apart from that great value if you go to the cinema alot.

Went to see Wonder Woman yesterday, there was a problem picking up my tickets from the machines and the staff on sorted it straight away. Great friendly staff, never had a bad experience with the odeon.*****

We took our Grandson (4) to see Captain Underpants on Sunday morning. We had just got inside and we were at the Kids treats deciding what he wanted. When he went very pale was sick in the shop area. Friendly Staff appeared without being prompted and cleared up the mess. Leaving us to purchase our tickets and our goodies 10/10 for Customer Service/Satisfaction and we all enjoyed the Film as well.

Visited today with my 6 year old twin boys and their friend. Laura at the refreshment till was so lovely, she made sure I had the best deal for the 3 kids and myself and made sure we all had our juice n popcorn. So unexpected and refreshing to be treated so well. Thank again will defo be returning over the holidays

Tickets overpriced. What’s the point of purchasing them on the internet when you are unable to collect them from machine in foyer. Stand in a massive queue to collect said tickets, not enough points staffed to deal with volume of people. All in all not very satisfactory, an experience and expense I’ll not be rushing to do again in the near future. Won’t mention the price of popcorn either!!!

The staff at odeon Kilmarnock are bloody fantastic!

I'm registered partially sighted and epileptic, and I come all the time with my mum.

They do everything they can to make sure my visit enjoyable

Av always came to the cinema and staff have always been helpful and deliver a good service and staff have helped me from proposing to my wife back in 2002 to helping me set up my iron man suit for spiderman homecoming showings

The experience was fine but my popcorn was extremely soft so i asked for a different batch and was assured it was fresh and crisp but unfortunately it was chewy again.

I love this cinema.. but its a sad reflection on human kind that adults and teenagers struggle to just watch the movie and not fuck about with their phone or decide to have a full blown conversation whilst the movie is on, im a regular at this cinema 3 or 4 times a month maybe more, and its consistent with people who just cant sit and enjoy the movie at peace.. as i said the cinema is great.. the staff are amazing.. its the public that let it down.

People faulting the ticket, food and drink prices obviously dont get to the cinema enough to realise that this is just what it is nowadays its an Odeon not a little indie cinema.. Cineworld is just as bad, you dont have to buy it, theres a big Asda through the carparks at KFC and Burger King.

Theres a costa which also gets a thumbs up for staff and service.

I purposely bypass the Ayr Odeon to come to kilmarnock its a dire excuse for a cinema.

Don't usually do the cinema as I worked in the old one on titchfield st 9yrs put me right off lol was pleasantly surprised the cinema has come a long way since my days comfy seats I paid more for that didn't bother me though. Over £8 for 2 drinks was a bit much but overall enjoyed the movie

Always a good cinema, having the one queue for tickets and popcorn was not one of their better ideas, must be hellish at busy times. Not too busy when we went, had standard seats, but if your over 6ft I suggest you get premier as you'll need the extra leg room!

User

Waited a good 20 minutes with my hyper children to get ice cream had to ask if anyone was going serve to be told 2 minutes I waited a further 5 minutes had to leave as my kids would have missed the movie so my kids were very disappointed with no goodies for the movie

User

Place is clean staff helpful. Prices for sweets and juice is way over the top. A bag of sweets and a bottle of water £5.24 😩

User

People always polite and friendly but the seating is dreadful you are only comfortable if you are a child as no leg room especially if you are a bit older and your legs not as supple as younger people

User

I'm going with a neutral rate. Cinema is fine it's clean staff were ok, didn't have much interaction with them tho. However the price is abs ridiculous. Took my 4yr old for his 1st experience, nearly £20 for us both to see a movie . Kids snack deal was ok but then he wanted other things and i had to say no. Nearly £4 for a bag of sweets you can get for a £1. And pick and mix price is so unjustified.

I spent over £30 for an hr and a half entertainment... This will not be a regular activity

User

Giving an average review as the cinema and staff were fine and polite but i dont get the ticket pricing, i dont understand why it is more expensive to book online plus the booking fee, also that kilmarnock is more expensive than braehead and edinburgh which has recliners for cheaper than standard seats in Kilmarnock. As for the cost of food and drink, i expect them to be overpriced a little but £4 for something you can get at shops for £1.

Expensive family night out

hadn't been to the cinema for a couple of years until yesterday as I normally go to the local cinema to me, when I got there I discovered they don't have a box office and have to pay at the food counter where they try and force you to buy food, once in the cinema there was people in other peoples seats which you choose when you pay or book online, when a staff member was approached about this all they said was tuff. my local cinema has bannisters to help little ones and disabled to get down from the higher seats where odeon Kilmarnock doesn't so I struggled to get u and down from my seat
