Kilmarnock Salvation Army is a warm, friendly and inclusive Community Church in Kilmarnock in West Scotland.
Kilmarnock Salvation Army Description
Kilmarnock Salvation Army Corps is part of the worldwide Salvation Army, a mainstream Christian Church present in over 100 countries and which has a distinctive image and style of worship.
Our main services are on Sundays at 10. 45am and 6. 00pm. Our services are held in a relaxed atmosphere, with communal singing and contributions from our brass band and singing groups, and also, of course, an emphasis on prayer and Christian teaching.
We also have:
- Soup and Sandwich Lunch Club on a Mon at 11. 30am
- Home League Fellowship, Mon at 2pm
- Bible Study Group, Thurs 1pm
- Community Cafe, Thurs 11am
- Charity Shop in Bellfield, Tues, Thurs, Fri
- Pioneers Group, Sat 11am
Our Commanding Officers (ministers) are Envoys John and Evelyn Scott.

We’ve had a great time this morning at the ‘Roon the Toon’ 10k
This Sunday, 9th June, there will be no meeting in our Sturrock Street hall due to the 'Roon the Toon 10k'. Instead we will be meeting at Kilmarnock Cross at 10am and we will be playing and singing to the runners and all gathered there - if you can, come and join us!
It was the Home League trip today-we went to Perth and had a lovely time and we had a meal at the Castlecary on the way home.
