Kinburn Holistic Centre Description
Locally, Kinburn provides Reiki treatments, Mindfulness Meditation classes and group meditation sessions. Please enquire for more information.
Residential retreats are also available, based in our luxury four star guest house. There is a whole range of courses on offer throughout the year. The schedule includes all levels of Usui and Karuna Reiki - up to Master Teacher level, as well as intensive Zen Mindfulness Meditation courses for both Health and Wellbeing, and for Insight. We had a wonderful 2 days at Kinburn with Lyndsey and Elaine doing the Masters Reiki course after doing levels 1 & 2 elsewhere. They were excellent teachers and practitioners and they tailored the course to meet our needs and interest in meditation leading to a fascinating course which was everything we could have hoped for and more. Their course notes have also been extremely helpful in explaining all we covered and reminding us what we did. We would recommend them very highly for anyone wanting to get involved in reiki at any level.

Euphoric is what springs to mind as the best description for My first Reiki session with Elaine I'm on holiday and have experienced Reiki treatment s previously so I was a little apprehensive as to how this would go as one is when going somewhere new however I was put at ease and that paved the way for a wonderful session I would highly recommend You give it a try Thank you Elaine I will be back even If I have to take the bus from Glasgow It will be well worth it
Completed the 4 week health and wellbeing meditation course recently, Lyndsey and Elaine were welcoming and knowledgeable. Would recommend to anyone.
