Hubert's fitness progression: WEEK 7. This is a very good high standard level of fitness when you consider that the following levels are required for certain public services:
British Army: Males = 10.2 Females 8.1 ... (However the Army's distance is over 20 meters as opposed to the 15 we do due to distance restrictions in the gym).
British police: Males & Females: 5.4 (over 15 meters, the same standard I am using).
Dog Handler: 5.7
Support Unit: 6.3
Armed Response: 9.4

Performance of the week has to go to Craig Walsh. Suffering from Cerebral Palsy does not stop this lad and he always gives 100%. It's a pleasure to work with someone so committed and determined to overcome life's obstacles β€οΈππΌππΌ #noexcuses
New client Omar warming up at the start of our session. Only his third visit but improving all the time with a goal of shifting 10kg in 6 weeks. If he carries on the way he's going he will easily achieve his target. Well done mate ππΌ
