Andrew Mowat Property Management and Jim Rutherford Property Care joined forces as Finesse Property Solutions to offer landlords /property owners a one-stop property shop. From letting and property management to maintenance by a qualified electrician and all-round tradesman. .

Andrew and Jim had been business associates for over 10 years. Andrew, a qualified letting agent, has been involved in property letting and management for over 10 years and Jim has over 35 years’ experience in property care and maintenance. As both of these services go hand in hand, it was an ideal opportunity to team up as Finesse Property Solutions. Yvonne Portillo has now taken over the Letting business to allow sole focus on the property management and development. Yvonne has been in the industry as a landlord for over 10 years and understands full how important it is to have a strong letting agent managing your assets.

As the letting industry moves in to a new era of regulation, Yvonne will be ensuring all requirements are met and is already completing the Letwell training program "Professional Practice for Letting Agents". All letting agents must be qualified as they will be regulated as of January 2018
