Important notice to all clients regarding bookings and payment:
From 1st September, 2018 Kinkell will no longer accept cash payments for arena hire and lessons booked directly with Kinkell. Payments made directly to instructors will remain as per their individual work agreements. Those clients who have already booked can still pay by cash although a payment through PayPal would be preferred. Payment should made at time of booking via PayPal using the following email address...:

No account is needed; payment can be made with a debit or credit card online.
Kinkell will also be introducing a cancellation policy. Lessons and hires cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will incur a flat fee of £5.
Hires will require a £10 deposit which will be refunded once the surface has been checked for horse droppings. Droppings contaminate the surface and we have previously had to spend 45 minutes poo-picking after the arena had not been cleaned after a hire.
This is not a decision Kinkell has taken lightly and is generally in accordance with terms and conditions which exist with other venues.
So that being said, Kinkell hopes you understand the reasoning behind its decision and hope you will continue to support us in the future.

Groom wanted for small private yard with 6 horses
Saturday and Sunday 11am to 5pm
Must be confident handling large, fit competition horses and youngsters as all horses are 16.2hh plus
... Duties include general yard work (beds, feeds, turn out, bring in, tack cleaning) lunging and some show prep (bathing, occasional plaiting)
Must be over 18 due to the size and nature of our horses and have own transport as there are no public transport links

Just wanted to say thanks again for tonight’s arena hire. Would highly recommend. Lovely bright arena, good surface and nice course of bright jumps / fillers, with a friendly and accommodating owner. Really excited to have such a great new training facility in ayrshire, and look forward to coming again soon.

Fantastic indoor arena and yard. The large bright and airy indoor has a great surface, sound system and thanks to Jen for setting up a 20x60m dressage arena complete with flowers to acclimatise green horses to show situation. �
Brilliant place, good surface,jumps,easy access of main road. Look forward to next time.
