I have over 20 years experience in Sports and Exercise through playing, managing, coaching professional and semi professional football. Experienced Personal Trainer and former gym and studio owner in Dundee over the last 5 years. . .

Over the last 3 years I have developed the Life Changing Choices website and smart phone app. The website and app work together to provide all the support you need to live a healthy / balanced lifestyle.

I have recently agreed a contract to provide the LCC system to 20, 000 employees at SSE and I will be working closely with them throughout 2015 /16 to help their staff live a healthier and more active life.

I've had the pleasure of working closely with The Scottish Sun and have been featured regularly in their ME health and wellbeing section, updating their readers with the progress of the staff following my guidance and recording remarkable results.
