Well to start in 5 years of being a member of this so called "trust" i dont remeber a more lazy inconsiderate rude arrogant unwilling and highly un friendly un pprofessional people in a workplace before in my life! I've given chance after chance for someone in dunfermline to get back to me and not one peep even now. Started in July basically we have the right to stay until the place closes which as a member and customer I took advantage of. Fair enough it was 2 mins past 10 but the clock was 2 mins slow (again) Robyn decided to say to me it's 2 mins past she was right but I said "change the clock then it's slow" . She instead of coming and going with a customer desides to get her boss ( English guy) don't know his name and don't really care to be honest he comes in and says, as I was just about to get changed "when she says leave you gotta leave don't answer her back" I told him the clock was wrong and he didn't bother listening to what a customer had to say. If I spoke to a customer like that at my work it would not be tolerated. So contacted headquarters got through to a laura mihailov and she said it would take 20 working days to deal with such a small bit of arrogance and customer un friendliness on their part. On day 20 nothing came through (WHO THE HELL DO PEOPLE THINK YOU ARE) on top of this the place is always filthy and stinks of sweat and BO. I asked darren to clean to place rather than only hoovering and picking up litter and he said "I'm really busy don't have time" he did it in the end but was very reluctant to do so. In addution to robyns terrible attitude youd ask her nicely and polietly to change the radio and she says "we cant just change it for everyone" HELLO im a paying customer u should be going with what we ask within reason. Just for the record Ewan from glenrothes comes down and connects his phone to the radio and it plays different songs so dont stand there and say it can't be changed Robyn!! Another rude occurance came in the gym when I was at the desk and i was giving myself some balance for stretching and the guy with the hair cut that looks like the knot of a tied bin liner back said "don't sweat all over the desk". This has built up and built up over 4 years and now I'm sick of it not only the kirkcaldy leisure centre staff but fife sports and leisure trust as a whole. In conclusion you so called company needs to either higher new staff willing to work and be decent to customers rather than looking at us as being a gang of people that just make use of the facility so get some help with your people skills. Poor show guys, poor customer service.

The place is dirty black fungus in toilets and showers. Most staff just slob about doing nothing very unhelpful and don't bother when inconsiderate members don't wipe equipment after use. Had experience of very rude guy, North England accent. Won't be back.

Great facilities. Lovely staff. Not great for parking.

There are lots of facilities here, small meeting room, studio with sprung floor, gym, swimming pool, playroom, health suite, disabled parking. Love it! Staff are really friendly and helpful and we appreciate it.

Try and take your kids to the pool after school, Swimming Clubs have full access to the main pool, training \ kids pool is continually booked with classes that at times the numbers are so low they can't be worth running. No problem since i paid for a membership just go to another Fife pool........Nope all the same no consideration to parents who would like to bond with their children rather than send them off for lessons. Off to Kinghorn Caravan park at least i can get access to the pool ......maybe Fife Council will refund my entry fee?

Great facility just a shame the car parking let's it down
