Instituted in 1905, Kirkhill BC has ladies, gents and junior sections. The club is open as a venue for social events and is open all year round

Kirkhill are having an open day where you can come along, get out on the green and try bowls. We have bowls that you can use; all you need to bring with you are some flat shoes.

Congratulations to Kris Wilson & Kenny Harkin who have been selected to play for the Glasgow South county team.
Good luck lads against Dumfriesshire this Saturday from everyone at the club.

Take 2 on the Harry Noble games! Start time of 7pm. Tonight will be the 1st official games counting towards this trophy (after last week was rained off!).
Some of the guys will be out playing in the NE League from 6.30pm. Come on up and show your support!

Ladies Jubilee Trophy
Play begins: 2pm
Tonight sees the start of the weekly George Adams Monday night games.
Start time 7pm. Looking forward to seeing as many of you at the club as possible. Looks like we might avoid the rain too!
A big well done to our team (ably assisted by Margaret from Overton) who have won the Reformer Trophy at Overton Park Bowling Club today.

Opening Day 2019 What a day! The greens were opened in glorious sunshine and the club was full with members, visitors and friends. Congratulations to Presidents Brian and Jean, whose hospitality was gratefully received. We wish them all the best for the year ahead.

'Twas the night before opening, and all through the club Everything was ready, right down to the grub; The bowls have been cleaned and the silvers been polished, The sun will be out just like we’ve been promised; Brian & Jean will be setting the scene... They will say a few words and get out on the green; Bowls will be rolling and jacks will be hit “No wickies” they cried, “ya jammy wee....” Bowls is a game of fine margins and skill, Plenty of that on display at Kirkhill!
