Welcome to my page - I am based in Glasgow and I am an Independent Usborne Organiser. I LOVE children's books so Usborne seemed like a good way to indulge my passion.

Did you know I can help get schools and nurseries hundreds of £££ worth of amazing Usborne books for FREE! I do all the organising and the school gets to pick lots of STEM and fiction titles (plus every other genre!) from over 3000 titles in our 2019 catalogue.
It's crazy that more schools don't know about this offer. I am ready and waiting to help them right now build libraries of worth.

My Story...
Hello, for those of you you who have just joined my page, welcome! I just wanted to tell you a bit about me, the book lady at the heart of Kitty Kat Books!
I am married to Jamie (he signs for all my book deliveries, thank you husband!) and we have a wee boy called Harrison who is 4. We live in Glasgow and I work in an IT related job 4 days a week. I like performing on stage, going to the cinema, spending time with family and friends and running my own Usborne Book... Business.
I first joined Usborne in May 2015 and have plugged away in my spare time building my business around my other work, life and commitments. I first joined as I loved kids books and wanted to build a library of free books for my wee boy, who was only 8 months at the time. We wanted to instil a love of books and reading in him from a young age! It worked - he LOVES book and stories and his vocabulary is crazy for his age....as is his cheekiness!
I hadn't been doing Usborne long before I realised what the opportunity could actually do for me personally as well as for Harrison. I witnessed my other Usborne friends around me building larger businesses and I saw how much was possible being an Usborne Organiser. I started thinking bigger too, and with the support of my mentor and the rest of the division I enjoyed building my 'little' business into something I was so proud of and enjoyed immensely. It gave me such a lovely feeling of job satisfaction working with these beautiful books. As well as that, I now have a team of great ladies I have welcomed into Usborne, to mentor also.
Now in 2019, Kitty Kat Books continues to grow, flourish and give me such enjoyment. At the same time I am making a lovely pot of extra pennies at the same time. Before I had Harrison I would never think that a 'work from home opportunity' would work for me, but then....I had never heard of Usborne Books at Home before, I only wish I had known about it sooner!

They are bringing Poppy and Sam into lots of our ranges - magic painting, fingerprint activities (see below) as characters based books are great for kids as they like to read about other children of a similar age to them.
