Evening folks, just to let you know, on Sunday I'm covering the Meditation class in the Lagoon, we shall be doing a Metta (loving kindness) meditation, Nadi shodhana pranayama (alternate nostril breathing exercise) and yoga nidra (yogic sleep) ....it will be a lovely relaxing experience 😊🙏🧘‍♂️🧘‍♀️
