A huge well done to our guys completing courses with us on Thursday and Friday. Today Chris, Scott and Steve went home absolutely stoked having sussed out the board starts. Great to see these guys Kitesurfing into the distance!

Best bit about teaching.. seeing the change in our students when they realise they can do this sport! Our guys on day 2 absolutely nailed their board starts today and they were all up and riding ..all of them came in with beaming smiles! Our two Joan's and Chris who were on their first day also had that change from being a bit nervous flying our big kites to whamming them around through the power and body dragging through the water like bosses! Well done everyone who's came through lessons with us week.

We'd like to send out our condolences to Mick, Steve and Jesus's partners and wives. These guys left our course today totally hooked after getting up and riding off in the board several times! Sadly, they're now looking at equipment and they were already checking the forecast for the week ahead before they left the beach! 🤣

A great day of lessons today with Tom, David & Graeme finishing our 2 day course... naturally we had an after work shred ;)

A magic day and well done to Telfer & Mark on smashing day 2 and getting up on the board and riding off.. incredible. Last week these guys had never flown a kite! Our other students Graeme, Tom & David absolutely romped through the day 1 lesson and by the end of it we were all throwing some shakkas! Well done guys!

Well done to Steve and Telfer on smashing today's lesson..these guys had never flown a kite before. By the end of the lesson they were flying, water relaunching and body dragging our big Kitesurf kites like pros.

Just completed a refresher day after being off the water for a couple of years. Had an awesome day with a very knowledgeable enthusiastic instructor (Terry). The day was pitched at a good level and it's given me the confidence to get back on the water. All the kit used was the latest stuff, not a load of miss matched battered kit you normally see in kite schools!

Terry is an extremely passionate instructor and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend!

Just bought a drysuit from these guys. Very impressed with the service. I made a couple of enquiries and always had a prompt response especially as I was making these enquiries outside of office hours.

The suit was as cheap as I had seen it anywhere else and I really believe these guys offer a luxury sales experience while still coming across as down to earth and very friendly. The pre-sales advice was good, the product arrived when they said it would, and they checked it had been delivered.

Can't speak highly enough about the service.

Instructor Terry is an absolutely fantastic teacher. You can't help but share his passion for the sport - even the rain didn't dampen anyone's spirits on the course! I received great instruction, a perfect balance between teaching and practical activity. Terry is a very patient and encouraging instructor, and that helps a lot when out with the kite.

I was a little bit nervous about trying kiteboarding again and Terry breifed me on everything before going out on the water and when I went out I felt absoluty 100% comfortable. I thought Kitesurfing would be exhilerating and it actually exceeded my expectations. Despite me being 55 years old I found the course was great fun. Terry was brilliant, his instruction was clear and relevant and the big thing for me was his emphasis on safety and correct/safe usage of all the gear. Also he is patient with his charges. And I can tell you, I tried his patience lol. Having now been on The Kitesurf Scotland course I can see why it is imperative that you get proper instruction from a qualified instructor before you even think about venturing anywhere near kitesurfing. Also the instructor will give solid advice on the best gear to buy for your needs. I would recommend Kitesurf Scotland to anyone who is considering the sport. I had a great time and, having invested in new gear, selected by Terry, I am really looking forward to next summer.

I just purchased a dry suit from Terry and was hugely impressed with the service I received -from answering all my pre purchase questions to keeping me well informed of expected delivery times and even arranging an exchange due to the size being a bit big. The price I paid was better than any price I could find online and with the exceptional customer service I received I would not hesitate to recommend Kitesurf Scotland for any kiting needs !

I could not believe how warm the North Sea can be with a wet suit on!! We had a awesome day with terry on this course it's a step I should have done years ago, absolutely loved it. The kite was assembled swiftly and the lesson was fun. Can't wait for the second day. Thank you so much. See you on the second day. Subby.

I completed the 2 day course over two weekends due to weather. Wasn't sure how I'd go with the learning curve as everything that looks totally awesome generally has a steep learning curve somewhere. However Terry took us through the basics of flying a kite the first day which was so important with learning how to handle a kite before putting hard objects like a board in the way. It was a great course 2nd day I was on my feet and going both directions. TOTALLY STOKED!! Now addicted to kitesurfing Terry has hooked me up with a kit and I'll be out in the water tomorrow. All I would say to anyone who is thinking about learning to kitesurf is "DON'T THINK, JUST DO IT". I'd recommend Kitesurf Scotland, Terry and his crew are awesome helped me love the sport straight away. Cheers Terry and other helping hands

Finally decided to book locally and chose kitesurfscotland which I am so glad I did. Terry took my course and have to say what a fantastic guy very knowledgeable , real easy going guy and always available to give you much needed advice. The two day course flies in and was definitely an enjoyable experience. As a result of this and a testament of the enthusiasm installed in me from the course , I have already ordered some equipment and am looking forward to getting out on my own. If like me you were wondering whether to give it a go then don't hesitate book this company now and I guarantee you will have a great experience.

The drills we ran through stayed with, helped me on my first ventures out and gave me confidence about what I should think about and what to concentrate on. Great team of patient and enthusiastic instructors who clearly have a passion for the sport. Equipment and wetsuits and are always up to date, clean and well maintained unlike some other kite schools I've seen over the years. Lessons are well structured and informative and by the end of the course you'll have a great foundation on which to safely build the rest of your kitesurfing career.
