Km Scotland Description
Krav Maga Kadets is an Israeli hand to hand combat systesm used for self defense it is based solely on the human body's natural defense system.
The class will be Instructed by Fraser Anderson - Scotlands highest ranked instructor for all year groups S1-S6 attending High school in Perth.
-Classes will be held every monday from 4pm to 5: 30pm at St Johns academy in the Dance studio.
-Classes will cost £5 per lesson.
-Please wear P. E kit and bring plenty of water.
Everyone is welcome. Great for building confidence, staying safe, having fun and meeting new people. You work at your own pace and should not feel obliged to work at the same rate as anyone else as everbody has their own level of learning.
Remember there are no rules in Krav Maga so bruising can and most likely will occur!
