We are currently looking for a Food and Beverage Assistant to join the team at Knock Castle Hotel and Spa.
This position is for immediate start and is a permanent and full time role.
Salary is in line with minimum wage guidelines along with the potential to earn tips and take part in our bonus scheme.

Without doubt the most wonderful place Ive ever stayed.

Cannot find a fault.

We were made to feel like royalty from the second we entered the magnificent reception area, right through our stay til the second we departed.

Massive thanks to Jason for his welcome and kindness and to Olivia for her friendliness throughout.

Thanks also extends to the two girls in the spa ara who looked after Sheena and the staff in the restaurant who were friendly polite and helpful.

Just a top notch stay at an amazing venue.

Went for my mum's 70th . It was amazing the staff are excellent Jason the owner looked after us very well. The food was amazing. The spa treatments were lovely. A beautiful hotel with a loveky relaxed feeling about it . Definately going back. Thank you again Jason Henderson my mum had a great birthday x

We were booked into the Drummond Suite last night. The staff gave us a great friendly welcome and couldn't be more helpful to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay. We dined in the roof top restaurant which had a great relaxed atmosphere and along with excellent food we had a great night. So along with the amazing room including stunning new bathroom our night couldn't have been better. Definitely will be back and will be booking a longer stay to make more out of this great place

We have been here many times and are always made feel welcome, the food has to be the best bit of this hotel, We have never had a bad meal, always so tasty. We recently stayed for my daughters 6th birthday and she absolutely loved it, the highlight was Jason writing happy birthday Lola on her pudding and everyone singing happy birthday to her.

We had a great stay in the hotel. We did not have one of the super duper rooms, we were in the newer part of the hotel. But the room was well appointed, the bed comfortable and the view was lovely. The staff is terrific. The food in the restaurant is delicious. Try the ceviche starter, it is amazing. My only disappointment was the spa services we booked were below par. The attendants did not seem very skilled. And would agree with comments that the work out area and changing area by the pool could be cleaned better.

Stayed with my two daughters for my birthday in December last year. It was amazing, the food was outstanding. I have lived in the USA for over 14 years and eaten at a lot of restaurants in my time but I have to say this was the best meal I have ever had. The service was outstanding. Highly recommend to everyone.

Stayed over at Knock Castle for my birthday last Saturday. We were given a complimentary upgrade and the room we stayed at in the castle was lovely. We dined in the restaurant the food was fantastic especially the haggis starter and schnitzel. The next day we got breakfast and it was one of the best we have ever had. Full breakfast which was freshly prepared. Overall a 5 Star stay and would highly recommend. Service outstanding through out our stay. Andrew was great. Thanks

Stayed here last Tuesday courtesy of friends who gave us a voucher for a special birthday. Firstly I have to say a big thank you to Malcolm for sorting everything out for us. Secondly on arriving at the hotel we found we had been upgraded to the Glenalmond Suite which was absolutely fabulous - the huge bed could have slept 4 folk comfortably! The bathroom was pretty amazing too with its sunken bath having spectacular views over the Crieff countryside. This hotel is pure luxury. We also had dinner & breakfast and food was fabulous and it was no problem to cater for someone who is lactose intolerant for which I am greatly appreciative. The staff here are also wonderful - all very polite and helpful. Special thanks also go to David - a nice cheery and helpful member of staff. Jason should be very proud of his staff as they make you feel so welcome without being intrusive. If I could give this hotel more than 5 stars I would. Definitely a hotel to visit again

Our second visit at Knock Castle and yet again we were not disappointed. We receieved a complimentery upgrade to the Gleneagles room which was very spacious with lovely views. We dined at the rooftop terrace and the food was amazing. The chef even made up something for me that wasn't on the menu (I'm a fusspot) which was highly appreciated. A special thanks to Alex who is always very friendly and polite and also made lovely cocktails! We will definitely be back! Thank you. Jennifer & Mark xx

My sister and I were lucky enough to have a day at knock castle, we had the best day from start to finish , coffee to start in the cosy bar ,then off to the pool , steam room sauna and jakuzzi, followed by a hot stones massage ...Amazing, then on to a prosseco afternoon tea, which was delisious ! Manager and all staff couldint be more helpfull polite and friendly , such a fantastic day , thankyou all so much , we can't wait to go back !

My partner and I had our wedding at Knock Castle and we cannot rave enough about the beauty of the place, the staff, the service and the food.



All of our guests felt welcomed and thoroughly looked after from the moment they arrived until the moment they left. Nothing is too much trouble and I have yet to see a single member of staff without a smile on their face. (Except for the big handsome Bailey... he likes a woof and a cuddle!).



The food was divine from breakfast to lunch and dinner. The wedding breakfast was some of the best food we have ever had and they catered perfectly to all dietary requirements. The rooftop restaurant is an absolute must visit whether you are staying at the hotel or not as the views are unrivalled in Crieff.



The spa is great and the girls give a brilliant massage and almost the whole wedding party spent most of the day before in the pool - apparently a great size and very warm.



As for the wedding, we could not have asked for more. Malcolm was an absolute star in organising everything we threw at him and all staff involved did a tremendous job in every aspect from arranging tables to keeping guests occupied.



We cannot recommend Knock Castle enough. It is everything a Scottish hotel should be - beautiful, friendly and totally unforgettable.

My husband and I had a wonderful overnight stay at this lovely hotel. Our room was stunning, large and airy with a beautiful claw foot bathtub under the window with a view to the hills. The staff were very welcoming and made you feel totally chilled. Special thanks to Andrew in the restaurant for telling us the history of the castle and for serving us with the most delicious food! We were able to stand out on the terrace with a wee glass of wine to warm us up and watch the amazing fireworks! The spa massage that I had was so relaxing and the facial left my face feeling soft and silky. Thank you to Dace in the spa! All of the staff were lovely and we’ll definitely return for a few nights next time.

We received a complementary upgrade and our room was lovely and spacious with stunning views . The rooftop restaurant serves amazing food and the spa facilities were excellent, thank you so much for the wonderful hot stone massage. We will definitely be back , can see this being a yearly winter treat .

I was lucky enough to be able to stay at this wonderful hotel for a night. Very memorable indeed for all the right reasons. We were very lucky to be given the Drummond Suite , which was very luxurious. With its four poster bed and sunken bath I was in heaven . We were very comfortable. We visited the leisure complex and had an excellent time . Jacuzzi/ sauna / steam room and the pool were all excellent. We had a meal in the rooftop restaurant which was very enjoyable. Every person that works there , was so polite and went out there way to help us. Would most definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family . Many thanks and hopefully will return again one day .

Now for the negatives! Hotel needs a lot of maintenance outside the actual fabric of the building needs seeing to our room looked out onto a pile of items that should have been hidden away

Finally the inflated prices charged for basic rooms just because it's a wedding is unacceptable because you have a captive audience.

We dined at the rooftop terrace and the food was amazing. The chef even made up something for me that wasn't on the menu (I'm a fusspot) which was highly appreciated. My sister and I were lucky enough to have a day at knock castle, we had the best day from start to finish , coffee to start in the cosy bar ,then off to the pool , steam room sauna and jakuzzi, followed by a hot stones massage ...Amazing, then on to a prosseco afternoon tea, which was delisious ! Manager and all staff couldint be more helpfull polite and friendly , such a fantastic day , thankyou all so much , we can't wait to go back !

My partner and I had our wedding at Knock Castle and we cannot rave enough about the beauty of the place, the staff, the service and the food.



All of our guests felt welcomed and thoroughly looked after from the moment they arrived until the moment they left. Nothing is too much trouble and I have yet to see a single member of staff without a smile on their face. (Except for the big handsome Bailey... he likes a woof and a cuddle!).



The food was divine from breakfast to lunch and dinner. The wedding breakfast was some of the best food we have ever had and they catered perfectly to all dietary requirements. The rooftop restaurant is an absolute must visit whether you are staying at the hotel or not as the views are unrivalled in Crieff.



The spa is great and the girls give a brilliant massage and almost the whole wedding party spent most of the day before in the pool - apparently a great size and very warm.



As for the wedding, we could not have asked for more. Malcolm was an absolute star in organising everything we threw at him and all staff involved did a tremendous job in every aspect from arranging tables to keeping guests occupied.



We cannot recommend Knock Castle enough. It is everything a Scottish hotel should be - beautiful, friendly and totally unforgettable.

My husband and I had a wonderful overnight stay at this lovely hotel. Our room was stunning, large and airy with a beautiful claw foot bathtub under the window with a view to the hills. The staff were very welcoming and made you feel totally chilled. Special thanks to Andrew in the restaurant for telling us the history of the castle and for serving us with the most delicious food! We were able to stand out on the terrace with a wee glass of wine to warm us up and watch the amazing fireworks! The spa massage that I had was so relaxing and the facial left my face feeling soft and silky. Thank you to Dace in the spa! All of the staff were lovely and we’ll definitely return for a few nights next time.

We received a complementary upgrade and our room was lovely and spacious with stunning views . The rooftop restaurant serves amazing food and the spa facilities were excellent, thank you so much for the wonderful hot stone massage. We will definitely be back , can see this being a yearly winter treat .

We were very lucky to be given the Drummond Suite , which was very luxurious. With its four poster bed and sunken bath I was in heaven . We were very comfortable. We visited the leisure complex and had an excellent time . Jacuzzi/ sauna / steam room and the pool were all excellent. We had a meal in the rooftop restaurant which was very enjoyable. Every person that works there , was so polite and went out there way to help us. Would most definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family . Many thanks and hopefully will return again one day .

We were made to feel like royalty from the second we entered the magnificent reception area, right through our stay til the second we departed.

Went for my mum's 70th . It was amazing the staff are excellent Jason the owner looked after us very well. The food was amazing. The spa treatments were lovely. We were booked into the Drummond Suite last night. The staff gave us a great friendly welcome and couldn't be more helpful to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay. We dined in the roof top restaurant which had a great relaxed atmosphere and along with excellent food we had a great night. So along with the amazing room including stunning new bathroom our night couldn't have been better. Definitely will be back and will be booking a longer stay to make more out of this great place

We have been here many times and are always made feel welcome, the food has to be the best bit of this hotel, We have never had a bad meal, always so tasty. We recently stayed for my daughters 6th birthday and she absolutely loved it, the highlight was Jason writing happy birthday Lola on her pudding and everyone singing happy birthday to her.

We had a great stay in the hotel. We did not have one of the super duper rooms, we were in the newer part of the hotel. But the room was well appointed, the bed comfortable and the view was lovely. The staff is terrific. The food in the restaurant is delicious. Try the ceviche starter, it is amazing. My only disappointment was the spa services we booked were below par. The attendants did not seem very skilled. And would agree with comments that the work out area and changing area by the pool could be cleaned better.

Stayed with my two daughters for my birthday in December last year. It was amazing, the food was outstanding. I have lived in the USA for over 14 years and eaten at a lot of restaurants in my time but I have to say this was the best meal I have ever had. The service was outstanding. Highly recommend to everyone.

Stayed over at Knock Castle for my birthday last Saturday. We were given a complimentary upgrade and the room we stayed at in the castle was lovely. We dined in the restaurant the food was fantastic especially the haggis starter and schnitzel. The next day we got breakfast and it was one of the best we have ever had. Full breakfast which was freshly prepared. Overall a 5 Star stay and would highly recommend. Service outstanding through out our stay. Andrew was great. Thanks

Stayed here last Tuesday courtesy of friends who gave us a voucher for a special birthday. Firstly I have to say a big thank you to Malcolm for sorting everything out for us. Secondly on arriving at the hotel we found we had been upgraded to the Glenalmond Suite which was absolutely fabulous - the huge bed could have slept 4 folk comfortably! The bathroom was pretty amazing too with its sunken bath having spectacular views over the Crieff countryside. This hotel is pure luxury. We also had dinner & breakfast and food was fabulous and it was no problem to cater for someone who is lactose intolerant for which I am greatly appreciative. The staff here are also wonderful - all very polite and helpful. Special thanks also go to David - a nice cheery and helpful member of staff. Jason should be very proud of his staff as they make you feel so welcome without being intrusive. If I could give this hotel more than 5 stars I would. Definitely a hotel to visit again
