The brand new motor home I bought from Knowepark had water pouring into the engine compartment and they basically weren't interested in sorting the issue out or even offering any meaningful help. Many other faults hadn't been picked up in their 'PDI' and many faults have developed subsequently. Very poor indeed. Wouldn't buy anything from here again. It is really good that there is now so much competition in Scotland on the Motorhome / caravan front. Be warned these guys are only interested in getting your dosh - their after sales position is the worst I've ever seen on any product. Be warned and beware!!

Helpful staff. BRILLIANT cafe. I dont know anything about their sales and servicing though. Cafe is worth a visit for a cheap light lunch.

Really impressed with Knowepark. I have waited to write a review so I can give a balanced report on my experience (waited 6 months). I drove up from the North of England and the process was easy and straightforward as the deal had been agreed subject to each viewing each others motorhome (I was trading in). Really impressed that they changed all 4 tyres without being asked and given the 'van had just passed its MOT without advisories. There have been a couple of wee things to sort out and Knowepark were very flexible and showed great customer service all the way, special mention to Grant who even dropped me off at the car hire depot and collected me. I have been left with a good impression from these guys and definitely trust them.

Helpful to find loo when arrived and female staff finding somewhere to eat lunch whilst kept waiting/chatting but salesman didn't have time to talk thru my first potential large motorhome purchase so sent me to get key nos, then keys, then told me to write list Qs and come back! I was literally trying to find myself round huge plot... clueless! Drove 2 hrs to view vans too... Left very unhappy. Even exp vans were showing signs damage & attitude was lax though looking to spend £30k in few months. Unimpressed.

The staff are good. We bought our caravan from them 4 years ago and the salesman was really good. The service department are really helpful and we also got a repair under warranty with no problems at all. 100% first class service.
