My name is Sandy Welsh and my career background is in Benefits /Money Advice and Bookkeeping.

My passion is coaching and giving people the skills to navigate their business more confidently and independently.

I have loved every aspect of my career, but I always found that rather than coaching /supporting people to deal with simple matters (and yes, once you know how, some of these every day matters are simple! ! ) independently, I have found myself 'doing it for them' and the person keeps coming back for the same service - you could say that is business, but in my experience it serves to make people dependant!

I use Bookkeeping as an example; a sole trading plumber who turns over £30, 000. 00 a year (before expenses), but pays a Bookkeeper /Accountant in the region of £500. 00 a year to complete their bookkeeping and tax returns that the trader could complete themselves, with minimum coaching in bookkeeping. The trader does not know what is being submitted each year and does not have the skills to use Bookkeeping as a business tracking tool.
No major qualifications or exams needed and the trader can spend an hour a month keeping track of their business and saving £1000's over the lifetime of the business. Why would you say NO?

In my career I do this through by coaching you with the skills you need to succeed both personally and professionally.

What do I offer;-

1) Virtual Bookkeeping & Personal /Business Taxation Coaching

1. 1) online group sessions that allow people to share experiences and help each other, whilst learning in a virtual 'classroom'. (prices are £5. 00 per session, and a minimum of 5 sign ups required - although this is my responsibility : -)

1. 2) one to one sessions (prices begin at £18. 00 per hour)

2) Debt Counselling

2. 1) Income & Expenditure Assessment (price for information and collation is £20. 00, and you receive a full access (and amendable) excel spreadsheet.

2. 2) one to one counselling, including (but not limited to) research of various options; signposting and full analysis of business records and appropriate recommendations (prices vary depending on need as I appreciate that people needing this type of counselling may not have access to disposable business income)

3) Welfare Coaching (moving from benefits to self employment)

3. 1) one to one sessions (this service is completely FREE and will include a full Income & Expenditure Statement and analysis of Business Plan /Projected Cash Flow).

4) Bookkeeping & VAT Services - I do appreciate that some people have no intention of ever wanting to know how to do bookkeeping, therefore I do offer this service. If due to time constraints and client list I am unable to facilitate your needs, I will refer you to the nearest Bookkeeper available.

Although like any business I am here to 'make some money' I have no objection to any of my materials from any of my sessions being shared with others, as I believe KNOWLEDGE IS POWER.
