I am a Co-Active Coach which means I focus on who you are being as a leader as well as what you are doing. My philosophy is that you must be able to lead yourself before you can begin to lead others.
I will help my clients have more confidence and belief in themselves by working with them to discover their values and to work in alignment with them.
I surface self limiting behaviours and create strategies to reduce their impact.
Together we identify actions that create forward movement and open up different perspectives to explore new possibilities.
