Having rented a lovely property from KPM for the past two and a half years I can say that they have been nothing but professional and courteous. I find some of the negative reviews to be unfair and mostly from people who never actually rented a property from them.

As a letting company it's okay, but the maintenance team could be more professional. It took about 3 months of emails and phone calls, some of which were just plainly ignored, to fix the sink, windows and bathroom. The bathroom I ended up having to fix myself again. After almost half a year of promises and excuses to clean windows (which were dirty before we moved in, but the agent said they'd be clean before move in), the guy just said "Well, the agent was wrong. I'll tell him not to say that anymore".

TL;DR If it's your only choice, go for it, it's not the worst, but I'd choose some other company.

KPM team look after my property portfolio for 8 years. They are always very communicative, thorough and respond very quickly. In addition, able to very quickly find new tenants. Would highly recommend their service.

Was meant to view a flat with KPM however there were 2 other parties waiting outside the flat at the same time, which is all fair enough as I know that is how some viewing work. We all waited for about 10 minute before one party decided to just leave. Myself and another party waiting for a further fifteen minutes, so we then decided to ring the bell of the flat we were supposed to be viewing. The girl who was still currently in the flat told us that the estate agent from KPM had asked her to just pass on to us that the flat had already been taken by the people who had viewed the flat half an hour before us. The fact KPM had asked someone else to inform us that the flat was already gone and that we would not be getting a viewing is very very poor customer service. KPM did not even email or call to apologise for this, and I had travelling one hour on the train and then got a taxi to the West End of Glasgow for absolutely nothing. I understand that flat viewing can be competitive but to not even be told be by the estate agents that the flat was gone is shocking, especially after I had taken the day off work and travelled through from the Central Belt. My time was wasted and this service was extremely unprofessional. The estate agent was also extremely careless by asking the girl who still lived in the flat to pass on this message and there could have been other people who could have reacted much angrier than I did, and it wasn't even her fault. Shocking service and will never deal with this estate agents again.

As a landlord for 10 years I can honestly say that my Lettings experience with KPM Residential was excellent. I was impressed with the dedication and commitment to letting my property. A very good experience and I would definitely recommend them to any Landlord looking for a team to look at a single let or portfolio.
