After graduating with a HND in Health, Fitness & Exercise and qualifying as a Level 3 Personal Trainer I've spent the last 2 years helping hundreds of real life people turn their lives around. We are renowned for our incredible body transformations, functional style of training and sports specific sessions.

Our flexible methods when handling nutrition is second to none and always delivers results.

Doesn’t matter your shape or size they’ll get to know you individually and push you to do better than you ever expected from yourself. The difference I’ve noticed in only 4 weeks of small female group training is massive. From barely being able to lift a small kettlebell to now having the confidence to stack up weights I wouldn’t have imagined possible for me. Can’t recommend Kris, Liam and the rest of the team highly enough � thanks boys.

Starting bootaycamp has been the best decision I’ve ever made. I was really worried about exercising after a big surgery incase I injured myself but Kris reassured me I’d never be pushed further than I’m capable of. The difference I’ve noticed in only 4 weeks has been incredible, not just in my figure but my mood and overall health, I couldn’t have done it with the motivation from Kris, Liam and the team. Never thought I’d see the day where I actually enjoyed exercising and didn’t see it as a chore, now I’m at the gym whenever I’m free. Couldn’t recommend enough, thank you for everything! Can’t wait to continue my progress at bootaycamp!!

Started bootaycamp not knowing what to expect but can honestly say I’ve loved every minute of it - even the 7am starts, who’d have thought it! Training with a group of girls with similar goals really makes the difference and it’s honestly amazing to start seeing a physical change in your body after trying for so long in the gym and getting no results, and the benefits don’t just end there as I’ve noticed a drastic change in not only my overall health and fitness but state of mind in general. Could not recommend Kris, Liam and the rest of the team enough for all the hard work they put in each week changing up the workouts and encouraging us to achieve goals I previously thought were impossible. Bloody buzzing with my progress after only a month and can’t wait to see what else I’ll be able to achieve thanks to their motivation. All of the trainers are so helpful and you never feel like your asking a stupid or silly question! Their amazing at answering questions regardless what day or time it is! I decided to join after seeing reviews on facebook and the classes didn’t disappoint. I felt welcome from the first session and have really enjoyed training in an environment that’s different to a traditional gym. Highly recommend to anyone looking for something new to try as it’s unique and definitely provides results. Looking forward to coming back after my holiday�

I am halfway through my second month of bootay camp and I’ve been loving it! All the trainers are so helpful during sessions and giving advice. Going to the gym at 7am makes me so much more alert and energised going to work and it’s great coming home at night knowing you’ve already done your workout. I’ve seen such a big difference in my energy levels and can lift heavier weights now than when I’d first started. Would 100% recommend �

Half way through the June bootycamp and I’m loving it!! The 7am starts make you feel so much better throughout the full day! All of the trainers are so helpful and you never feel like your asking a stupid or silly question! Their amazing at answering questions regardless what day or time it is! Working with a group of girls is also fab as everybody is working towards similar goals and can bounce off one another to stay motivated!! Highly recommend and will definitely be back in July ��

Currently on my last week of bootaycamp with kris and the guys and I can honestly say I’ve loved it! Being in a group with other women with the same goals as yourself really makes a difference. The sessions change every week to keep it interesting. I’ve put a lot more effort in with kris than what I would at the gym purely because kris and the guys are there to show you how it’s done and to motivate you to do better. Couldn’t recommend him any more. It’s been brilliant and I am definitely going to continue going to the bootaycamp to reach my end goal.

Can’t thank Kris & the rest of the team enough for the motivation & help they’ve given me over the past month. From knowing absolutely nothing exercise wise or even diet related to feeling confident enough to do my own thing & achieve the goals I’ve set for myself. They’re all so welcoming & make you feel relaxed at all times and even make it fun! Bootaycamp changed my life for the better!! The 7am starts are amazing and give me so much more energy throughout the day, getting the gym out the way in the morning is the best thing about the classes.

I have always been very self conscious about my body, now my body shape and mind frame has been changed for the better. The team work so hard to help me achieve my goal and work miracles!! I’m never looking back thank you for everything!! �

Best thing I have done is join Kris’ small training group. I’m now on my third month and have enjoyed it so much! I’ve noticed an amazing difference in my body and diet and feel better about going to the gym in general as I always felt like I was just wasting time and no results were happening. The fact that you’re in a group who have similar goals helps as you all motivate each other. I love how every session isn’t the same as it means your body is constantly working harder. It is a difficult process but it’s definitely worth it if you want results!!
