Some lovely Vertical blinds and wooden Venetians this week. We are also selling a lot of Intu blinds for windows that open into the room.

Amtico rustic barn wood to a new build in Gorebridge. And Amtico decor with Khars oak through the rest of the bottom floor carpets and vinyls throughout the upstairs. This was a lovely project for Cruden homes in Peebles.

Some vertical blinds fitted tonight and a roller in the kitchen.

Some beautiful faux wood blinds. Although they look the same the half bays have a grained affect and the kitchen and full bay are smooth. These blinds are also available with matching or contrasting tapes.

Scott from Dryburgh Arms - Pub with Rooms set us the task of reflooring his new establishment. 160m² of carpet 130m² of Amtico and vinyl to the bathrooms. The finished job looks great.

Used the Galashiels branch. Went to shop, great selection, picked what we wanted all made easier with advice and help of shop assistant, a lovely young man . On the day, I was phoned , given exact time the fitters would be at our home. We left the room to the courteous polite men while they did their job. It was so quick. They were absolutely skilled at the job , when we came in and saw what a perfect job they did. They even had their own vacuum and vacuumed afterwards. An absolute pleasure to do business with this firm. We highly recommend.

Highly recommend Kristofferson Carpets in Corstorphine. Recently moved house and floored our entire house with carpet and Karndean. Lawrie took the time to understand our needs and provided great advice. Nothing was too much trouble and made shopping a pleasure! Even better was the price. I was very pleasantly surprised to find the carpets came in almost half the price of a large nationwide chain! Will be shopping local in future!

Have used the Corstorphine branch a few times now, and have never been let down. Quite the contrary....I have been given great advice regarding correct type of carpets to use with being a dog owner, as well as styles for different rooms.



The fitters do exactly what's expected of them by turning up on time, fitting out carpet/flooring and not leaving till both they and I am satisfied.

By far the most competitive good quality carpet rates we found, accompanied by a 1st class customer service experience. Daniel is genuine, professional, patient and honest. We love our carpets in our new home and are looking forward to having our perfect fit blinds fitted on our patio doors now as well. After a bit of searching around we spoke to Daniel at Kristoffersen in Newtongrange. He’s incredibly knowledgable and based on his advice we decided to have Amtico flooring fitted in our living room and hallway. Nice and early on day 1 of the fit, Guy arrived and set to work lifting carpets and screeding the floors. The job took only 2 and a half days and we’re delighted with the result. Guy begins working as soon as he arrives and never stops. He’s a machine! From start to finish this was a stress free experience. Happy to recommend Kristoffersen Carpets!

Paid for a carpet and fitting, fitters came and done a good job of fitting on the stairs and hallway but after they left I noticed there was some carpet adhesive on a part of the stair carpet. I called the newtongrange shop over 2 weeks ago about this, was told someone would come out on a day to suit me and that he would call me back....never received the call back.

Don't expect to have to chase a company up when they've made an error.
