staff were lovely, very nice menu, we were served quickly and both had salads which were amazing very tasty will definitely return and try evening menu.

Went to Kristoffs for a meal was very busy and we hadn't booked but they managed to find me and my husband a table was delighted as we needed food x I just had a starter of pate it was so tasty and plenty for me x my husband had the cod loin and he said it was absolutely delicious x the service was top class and friendly x would recommend Kristoffs definitely be back x well done to Kristoff and lovely staff

Went for our anniversary dinner tonight, food absolutely brilliant and staff amazing. Thank you for setting up the table with some candles and the balloon!!

We visited today and the waitress on shift was amazingly accommodating with my 2 year old when he got a little impatient, keeping him entertained by chatting to him and handing him a balloon which was a big hit and kept him happy long enough for us to finish our meals. Great service, highly recommend as a place to eat for families with young children and lovely food too :)

We had a fabulous meal, fillet steak with roasted root veg, mushrooms & tomatoes and chips. Followed by the best sticky toffee pudding. Will be back very soon. Staff very friendly & helpful. Plenty gluten free on menu which is good for me.

Was here today for lunch, only found it by chance on TripAdvisor! Everything superb from first impressions to very friendly attentive staff to the extensive menu! Food arrived quickly and piping hot. We will be back!

Entered and was greeted nicely, we hadn't booked and although obviously busy, we were accommodated.



We chose from the 2 for £10.95 menu as was lunch time. I'm quite fussy but there was plenty to choose from. I chose deep fried camembert wedges to start and chicken and haggis stack for main. The hubby chose chicken meatballs to start with fish and chips for his main.



The food arrived and was beautifully presented and perfect portion sizes. The camembert was served with 4 crostinis, garnish and a sweet but not too sweet cranberry dip. Husband's was equally nice.

The main arrived and was impressive, the fish was large and the accompanying portion of chunky chips generous. Beautiful crunch to the batter and meaty fish. Mine consisted of beautiful mashed potato, passed through a sieve I'd imagine to ensure lump free made into a large quenelle so as not to be just dumped on the plate, this was topped with a large piece/s of chicken breast which was cooked beautifully atop this was a large slice of haggis again topped with a chicken breast. The dish was topped with a creamy whisky sauce with spring onions. It was accompanied by a side dish of root veg, perfect portion size.



Everything cooked perfectly.



We will revisit again and the only thing that was a negative, we weren't offered a wine list and the specials had to be read to us from a order pad. My suggestion is they are typed daily (would only take 5 minutes) and handed to the customer rather than having to remember the vast amount. All in all a great meal. Thank you!

So refreshing to find a place with a vegan menu. My two friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our meal there last Thursday. I will mention Kristoffs in my Vegan Restaurant, Cafe and Streetfood group which has over 2000 members. �✨

My husband and I were up in Forres for the weekend visiting friends. Everyone has been raving about Kristoffs. We both loved it, the food and service was first class. A special mention to Valerie. Val works very hard and it was a pleasure watching her work plus her natural genuine interaction with all the customers and her team mates. Can't wait to dine at your restaurant when we're back up north. One little thing the restaurant was too warm we all said it was however we had a excellent time. �����

Decided to try Kristoffs today for lunch as we have the Premier discount card which saves us 20% off our food. What a nice place, staff welcoming & friendly. The food was amazing, I had the Cajun chicken pasta and the kids had hot dog and chips. We then had sticky toffee for pudding, yum. Good sized portions and decent prices and with the discount on top it was great value! Will definitely be back when we are passing Forres! Thank you!

Came here on valentines day after pre booking and we we're seated and served quickly.



The staff were happy to substitute the prosseco for a soft drink of our choice with no hassle.



My husband and I ordered the same 3 courses, the bon bons, chicken supremo and baked alaska. All 3 courses were lovely and full of flavour! We will definitely be coming back here again to try the normal menu.

Amazing food, warm and welcoming friendly staff.

Speedy service and excellent prices.

Would highly recommend and will be back again next week.

Absolutely love coming here. Best food I’ve come across in Moray. Highly recommend. Definitely worth travelling too as well if you’re not in Forres.

Twice in two weeks, as a couple and with our kids. Excellent both times. Great service, great food. Would love to see more for teenagers. Smaller portions, funkier dishes, fine dining variations of junk food?? Certainly more choice of desserts. That goes for most restaurants however!

Took my husband to Kristoffs for his birthday dinner on Saturday night (28/01/17),this was our first time eating here since relocating to the area and on the recommendation of my work colleagues. We both enjoyed our food and felt the service through out the meal was great and the staff were extremely welcoming, until the end we had to ask for our bill 3 times and waited 25 minutes to get it and we were also not made aware of any specials menu which we discovered there was one at the end of our meal. It made the experience some what disappointing at the end.
