Please wear comfortable clothing, joggers /leggings and vest top /t-shirt. Please also wear appropriate footwear. Dance sneakers /aerobic trainers are best. Running shoes, sandals and bare feet are not recommended.

Bring some water and a towel and be prepared to sweat a lot! ! !

METAFIT - Join the fat burn revolution but be warned, It ain't no dance class! ! !
INSANITY - Cardio based total body conditioning workout using MAX Interval Training
BODY BLAST - Low Impact strength and toning class targeting Bum, Legs and Abs
Classes are suitable for all fitness levels with options /modifications given to suit ability.
Classes are for age 16 and over however children 14 + can attend when accompanied by an adult.

Classes are for boys and girls! Classes payable in 6 week blocks.
Cost £18 for 6 weeks
