My Fiance ordered six bridesmaids dresses from Kudos for our upcoming wedding in September 2017.
We submitted the bridesmaids' dress sizes with the order and Kudos advised that we should order two sizes above as the dress maker made them very small.
Upon arrival, the dress sizes are two sizes too big and Kudos are refusing to accept any part in this and will not refund any of the money.
The dresses were 6x£300, so needless to say we feel absolutely conned by Kudos.

My experience at kudos was very disappointing. We were not greeted when we came in. We were not helped to try on dresses!! They were shouting out people's sizes information infront of everyone in the shop. The floors were dirty. They did not seem to have much knowledge of their colour samples or styles / designers. Very poor standard compared to other shops we went to!!

GREAT SHOP WITH ASSISTANTS WHO LISTEN AND CARE! My visit to Kudos was the best experience I had in Edinburgh. The assistant had a great process in order to find you the perfect dress with minimal confusion. The dresses are beautiful and the one that I have eventually picked was suggested by her. Lovely changing rooms and lots of accesories and shoe suggestions. The full service, thank you so much!
