Brilliant service and very nice people to deal with

Took car in with suspected slow puncture or defective valve and was attended to immediately by very courteous Manager who also provided good advice.
Cannot praise his attitude enough and will definitely use again. So impressed I intend booking there for next MOT. 10/10 :-)

Company car and Kwik Fit are the providers great service every time ive been in over the last five years. Its normally very busy but the service has been fine. Dont understand the previous poor reviews its a very busy garage.

AVOID! NEVER DO YOUR MOT AT ANY KWIK FIT CENTRE. I wish I could put a negative marking. They always fail your MOT for no reason and make a hefty bill. They will encourage you to leave your car during the test and give you the bad news over the phone as you likely to accept the cost if you are away and want your car on the same day. Unfortunately this is the strategy they apply to rip you off. I was fooled once paid over £700. Second time I stayed during the test, challenged them when they made a £570 bill, took a second opinion at a local centre and saved over £350. Now it's up to you. I will be glad if this helps you.

My experience couldn’t have been more different to the previous reviews and I expect this is due to a change of staff in recent months. I had four tyres fitted to my 20 inch pristine alloys. The old weights were carefully removed, the glue residue cleaned off, the centre bores cleaned and tyres fitted without even a mark on the wheels. The process was overseen by the manager Mike who was both knowledgeable an courteous.

Daughters car was booked in for MOT & service Friday. After additional work collected car Saturday morning. Daughter was supposed to drive from Aberdeen to Glasgow very soon. Sunday night she drove her sister & fiance home. Halfway noises started, lucky he is very good with cars, built a kit car on his own. He took the wheels off, checked, refitted & tightened the wheel nuts. Both LHS & RHS wheel nut were loose. We all find this abysmal. A company that says to me, Father, these things happen ?? I inspected the wheels, studs, nuts, fortunately only slight very minor traces of scoring. Would I be using that branch again ? NFW

They were going to charge me £300 for a job another garage fixed for £0 that only took 2 minutes to repair. Disgraceful, I should have reported them to trading standards at the time. DO NOT USE
