Due to last minute cancellations and no shows over the last few weeks. I just want to advise clients of my new cancellation policy. All cancellations within 48hrs of your appointment is charged at 50% of the service charge and no further appointments will be made until the balance is settled
NO SHOWS
... Will be required to pay the full amount of the service booked. No further bookings will be accepted until the bill has been paid.
BOOKING FEE
A booking fee is required to be made this can be done by either paying through PayPal, bank transfer or by popping in. This will come off your bill at the end and is non refundable. If the booking fee is not paid within 24hours, the appointment can not/will not be confirmed therefore will be offered to another client.
I hope you can all understand my frustration in leaving these gaps in my day, with enough notice I am able to fill these gaps with clients.
