Very nice food and had a nice apple tea. Love it but ill have to be back to try the shisha not enough time today!!!!!!

Tried this for lunch as i have never been in a lebanese restaurant. Ordered a starter and a main course. First mistake! The starter was huge and much bigger than a usual main course! Ended up taking most of the food home as they are happy to provide containers. But the food was delicious and very reasonably priced. Wish i lived in cambridge as i would definately be a regular!

Travelled all the way from Norwich for a day in Cambridge and also to try this restaurant. The food is spectacular with very good portions. The restaurant had a very chilled atmosphere and the shisha smoking area is also the same.



The baklavas are a must try!!!

The staff is so kind, i discovered a lot of new kind of food. Definitely, I love Milkshakes and Mocktails, expecially if drunk in sips outside, smoking a Shisha and watching some Football event on the big Tv. I recommend also the Halloumi Cheese Wrap, which is my favourite.

Recently had my first but definitely not the last experience in Lagona. The food was exquisite, I still have to work my way through the food menu but can highly recommend the fattet hummus After our meal we enjoyed some shisha and turkish apple tea, a definite must try. Overall the atmosphere is vibrant with a very welcoming and friendly team. Will most certainly be going back on future visits to Cambridge.

First time to Lagona, absolutely gorgeous food. Would totally recommend this restaurant. Our waitress was very welcoming and friendly, and staff were really friendly.

Fabulous food, tabouleh, spicy sausages for starters and grilled lamb and chicken dishes for main course.

We will return with our boys to sample the ample wholesome food and atmosphere. A bit cold when the door was left open but amazing lighting and cutlery- the like of which I have never seen before! Awesome!

Excellent service! The staff was very friendly soon as me and my wife walked through the door, the food came out on time and was great! Finished the experience with a lovely shisha!

Absolutely delicious Lebanese food. Every dish is made with fresh ingredients and a fine middle east home made taste. Not expensive. Students and visitors in Cambridge have so many good food options, and this is one of the best ones.

I liked food very much and staff are really lovely and kind, but glasses and knives were a bit dirty.

I came to Lagona for a friends birthday meal and honestly, the staff seem as though they've never been to a restaurant before, let alone run one.



The food itself was perfectly fine but the service was absolutely unacceptable.



The waiter would diligently read back the entire table's order several times- "How thorough!" I thought... but the wrong drinks came. We ordered our starters and mains... again he read our order back to us several times.



The starters arrived and included an extra plate of something we hadn't ordered which they insisted we had. I can assure you we had not. 60 second later, our mains arrived and were shoved onto our small, cramped tables with our starter dishes.



One order was incorrect, though again they INSISTED it was what I ordered. I was too hungry to send it back by this point so ate it but it arrived cold. (Please note, that my order appeared correctly on the bill.) Another person's meal was forgotten entirely and the staff seemed inconvenienced by the idea that they would have to go and make it. (Again, this was on the bill.) Both orders had been clarified by the waiter.



On a separate issue to the service, the toilets were unpleasant and unclean. One of our party stopped drinking her drink so she wouldn't have to go in there again.



This restaurant cannot cope with large orders. I would recommend turning away groups over 4 or 5 people- either that or some customer service/ experience training is required. This place has had mostly positive reviews in the past and I can only assume we suffered due the size of our group.
