Quality products but service is pretty poor. During the sell, they can't do enough for you; once they have your money, everything is too much trouble.

Particularly disappointed by how they handled the purchase of a Cartier strap. Having bought a Cartier watch, we decided to get a different leather strap (at not insignificant cost). After much to-do the strap arrived and was fitted. However, they tried to keep the original strap (which was equally as expensive as the replacement) and only returned it with ill grace after being asked. Very bad form.

Went in for a pin for my watch, wasn't looking promising as none of the other jewelers in the area had the size I required. Laing found the part and also fixed the watch. Extremely helpful staff.

Pretty rings, pretty shop. Awful quality and weak customer service.

Bought a stunning engagement ring, but they botched the resizing job as it had wear&tear and blue 'rust-like' smudges only after 6 months and I'm having to go in three times to repair this ring.

The customer service is appalling as they treat you like moron. Tip: make your service as quality as your stones!

Nice place, Excellent, friendly and speedy service for adjusting a brand new Swiss watch purchased elsewhere. While waiting for the adjustment, I was asked twice by two different employees if I have been looked after. Well deserved 5 stars.

The staff possess and excellent knowledge of the watches available and the after-market service is the best I have experienced.
