Marek made our experience! The seabass with prawns and mussels was amazing cannot wait to return just to have this dish, and with 2 for 1 cocktails it won't break the bank either. Kids menu was great, my son loved his tiny quesadilla ��

Came at the weekend for my Hen do. Firstly we was booked for a meal. Service a little slow however the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We then did cocktail making with Alan. Amazing Service, the 2 hours were full of laughter, jokes and games! They made sure that one of the ladies who couldn't drink was included by making mocktails! Really reccomend this place for the cocktails and the making of them! Thank you �

Went at peak time on a Sat night. Great food - knoweldgeable staff (need gluten free) - menu is refreshingly different to the norm, espec GF options - service is a bit slow at times, but did not matter as not on a schedule. Server chatty,helpful and funny 😊



Downsides - very loud music making it hard to chat easily and they had run out of key ingredients for the pitcher cocktails we wanted to order. Our first and second choices! Not good for a Sat night, and i could not have most of the other options for medical reasons 🙁- dissappointed



Overall good night though

Cocktails were very expensive, but the buy one get one free made it acceptable. Cocktail was delicious. Sat outside, only to be told to move because they only serve tapas in that area, what a ridiculous and pointless rule. When I got my food it was delicious. Found the staff very polite and friendly and you get a Cineworld discount.�

We were booked for my daughter's birthday and had 3 children with us. The 9 year old had to wait for her meal, in fact most of us had finished our meal before hers was brought to the table. When it was brought over-it was the wrong dish so had to be sent back for her to wait another 10 mins by which time everyone at the table had finished their meal.

After paying the bill the waiter then had the cheek to ask for £13 tip.....pfffft.....

Service very good - very friendly waiter who couldn’t have been more helpful. Toilets were disgusting however, with no toilet rolls in any of the toilets. Food has definitely gone downhill since the last time we visited and prices have gone up. It’s such a shame as this used to be our favourite eating place.

service wasn't great. Waited far to long for it to arrive. I ordered salad instead of chips I got salad leaves.

I wanted a chicken burger, but only has beef left, and this was served burnt. A very disappointing meal.

Well we came to Las Iguanas this Saturday 7th July, there was a group of 14 ladies with a pre booked table. I have to say the food was lovely but we were absolutely shocked by the state of the ladies toilets, there was no toilet roll, the toilets were shocking with the sanitary bins over flowing with dirty pads and wrappers all over the floor, fecal matter on the toilets, the floor and sinks so wet and dirty we couldn’t put our handbags down to wash out hands or freshen up, had to complain to a toilet attendant to get it cleaned up, you have a lovely restaurant serving lovely food but it put me off on my 2 trips to the ladies room! It was disgusting, we feel truly let down. ����

Service time is atrocious. Don’t go if you have any plans for the day because you won’t be leaving any time soon. Nearly an hour wait at lunch service for a single dish off the lunch menu for one person. I dread to think how they would cope in a busy period.

Food is always good here, however we had to wait over 10 mins and left before being seated. It was a half empty restaurant we had been seen but not acknowledged. Mentioned to someone we were waiting and still nothing. A shame because it’s a great place for food and cocktails.

With the 'Pass on Plastic' campaign all over social media at the moment, I was very pleased to see posters in Las Iguanas stating "Plastic Straws Suck". My confusion came when I went to the bar and there were hundreds of plastic straws on offer. Needless to say I didn't take one, but many people around me did...in fact as it was Happy Hour, many people were taking two. If the company is against their use (which I fully support), why are they on offer?! Many other bars offer paper straws which admittedly go a bit soggy after a while, but in this sort of bar, not many drinks last long enough for that to happen!

What a joke this place is....

1st off The bar if you want a cocktail well you have to pick up a soaking wet sticky drinks menu whilst getting soak by mixers being thrown into glasses

30 minute wait to be served. 1st time and got served a pitcher in a broken plastic jug



2nd time at the bar 40 min wait and no drink as we ended up leaving!!! the bar wasn't that busy ..

Bar staff are shocking no eye contact or I aknoledgemwnt your there waiting just ignore you!!

Got table and ordered food and 50 mins still.no food and other people seated after us had already got starters and mains and still.nk food chased up and said would.be 5 mins... proper attitude staff



Manager.. well spoke to him about the wait for the bar his response was there working very hard and it is a bank holiday weekend .. fuck that there was 8 people AT the bar waiting... if they were properly organised it would be faster and also they need life jackets on behind there because the bar floor is swimming with the drink they chuck about !!!



I would never go back to this dump again !!

Went as a group of 8 which they knew about as we had booked a week beforehand, table was booked for 6:15 and we got our food at 8!!! We only ordered mains no starters. I had to go and find someone twice to ask where are food was!! ( happened to be the manager) When they brought it out it was wrong food and the ones they did bring out right came out in dribs and drabs so some of our group waited for the rest of us! Ended up not ordering the dessert we wanted. Was my first visit and can safely say I won’t be going back!

Went Sunday it was a joke my brother got red drink flicked over him and was waiting at the bar for over 40 mins!!! Staff just Chatting and messing around instead of serving customers.



Bar man told us we couldn’t sit outside which was lies as we spoke to the reservation team who told us anyone could sit there and didn’t need a reservation. He practically pushed into us on purpose everytime we went passed nearly knocking my sister in law over



Toilets were absolute filth the woman’s were flooded with no soap at all.



We would have spent plenty on food but no one came over to check on us probably as we sat at the forbidden table! Absolutely horrified.

This used to be my go-to for a drink but over the past few months this place has gone seriously down hill. I went last night with a few friends and it took ages to be served at the bar... because the only two (male) bartenders on duty were flirting with customers. A large group of girls ordered separately and some joined the group after us but were served before we were. One of the bartenders not serving the girls told them his name and he playfully punched his colleague in the side which to me, appeared to be flirtatious behaviour as he was "punching above his weight".



After finally getting our drinks (my female friend was served by a third bartender who happened to be female and she was the first and last customer to be served as she went off duty again only minutes before joining the bar to get queue down!) we went to find a table to sit down and went to the nearest table in the restaurant. When we sat down a waitress came by to advise the restaurant area had been closed and told us to move. This was absolutely fine with us but then two younger lads sat down at the very same table, which she saw, but she let them be! I understand these lads looked like you wouldn't want to piss them off but it should be a fair approach to all customers no matter their age, gender or social background.



To top it off, my male friend went back to the bar to get another drink and after 20 minutes or so he came back empty handed. He witnessed a male customer trying to order a drink, which was no longer available, and instead of helping suggest or waiting for the chap to think of another beverage the bartender went on to a group of young girl customers leaving the other customer confused. The young girls wanted a drink too which wasn't available but in this instance the male bartender was happy to suggest some options to them and they chose one of his suggestions. As the girls rummaged around for payment the bartender flashed a smile and said "don't worry about paying." and went to another female customer who had joined the bar after my friend.



Absolutely shocking, ageist and sexist service.

The girl behind the bar today was rude, needs to learn basic manners like please and thank you. 50% of the cocktails weren’t available.

Not possibly but actually THE worst service I have experienced in my 44 years of life. The management should be ashamed that they cannot run this place when it's not even anywhere near full. Long wait at the bar, no glasses because they all need washing, food had to be chased only to find out it was sitting on the pass for ages. Seriously, this is incompetence on another level

Last night I had a meal with you to celebrate my mums special birthday (a party of 11 people) I just feel I need to inform you that we had a terrible night whilst with you. The service was diabolical !

I wish I had booked elsewhere and really since you had ignored my enquiry email two weeks before the booking I should have booked elsewhere anyway.

We waited 20 minutes for drinks and a further 25 minutes before we could get the attention of the waitress to order our food. She took our starter orders only at this point and waited another 40 minutes for the starters when we had finished them we them had to wait to catch her attention to take our orders for the main meal, two of our parties meals were forgotten and they had to be asked again what they had ordered and wait while our meals got cold while they waited for there's. Drinks sat on the bar for 20 minutes before being brought to us when we again caught the attention of the waitress !

It was brought to our attention when we booked that any under 18s would need to leave by 9pm as that is your policy yet we were still waiting after half nine for our main meals. We arrived at 7.15 !! Due to the lack of service a 6 month old baby was still in the restaurant at 10.45 which is totally unacceptable.

I know it was a Saturday night but there were empty tables in the restaurant and surely you have adequate staffing to manage the workload on a Saturday night, especially as some were happy standing around talking to each other!

We have previously eaten with you and had really good exceptional service but this is really disappointing and I would appreciate a reply. I have emailed this to them but they have chosen to ignore my second email also absolutely terrible !!! Not worthy of the one star !!

Asked for medium rare got a medium to well done and my girlfriend got a burger which was over cooked to unedable and the fork couldn't even go through then asked for a new one and it was then sent out undercooked and it was rare pink and red and then we decided to leave but the manager took the food off the price of the bill so we just paid for our drinks some staff where nice and some where rude which left me angry the way we were treated by some of the staff
