Ever since I was a child I have always had an interest in Art and The Creative Industries. However, I didn’t take interest in working in Film and Television until I saw Harry Potter and the Philosopher's stone when I was 10 years old.

While studying my HND in Television Production at Edinburgh College, my passion for Television Production grew. I really enjoyed being able to tell stories and control a viewer's emotions using Audio and Visuals. Due to the growth of my skill, I actually won an award for “Student of the year” in 2013. My Tutor said that I had won this award as both my talent and work ethic had outshined the other students.

After I finished college, I then went on to Study a BA in Television Production at Edinburgh Napier. During my time here, I fell in love with Factual programming. This was because I enjoy listening to the story of others and doing research on a variety of topics while also being creative at the same time.

While studying in both college and university, I have been creating online content for my own YouTube Channel (DapperPaperBag) as well as online content for Edinburgh Dog and Cat Home. The work I have put into my YouTube channel and Social Media caught the attention of YouTube Employee’s and they then chose as me one of their “Scottish Branding Guru’s” in 2016 at a Creators day event in Edinburgh. This was because of my skills as both a Producer and Graphic Designer.
