Lawrence Milne Decorators

Wanted to give local business a shot and the first few visits to the store were great with friendly and helpful staff, however as soon as l had a problem with a product the staff just didn't want to know. Manufacturer mixed paint did not match in-store mix paint (same brand and colour) so l'm left with visibly stripey walls. Staff offered no resolution and actually tried to insinuate l was to blame in some way. Very disappointed in the poor customer service and will be taking my business back to B&Q in the future.

Amazing customer service, very helpful and a wide range of products. would defiantly recommend.
