Horrendous waxing experience. Bikini wax: Wax far too hot which burnt the skin causing blistering and peeling; areas waxed over many times causing bruing, bleeding and pain from skin being ripped off; skin not held taught again resulting in bruising, pain and bleeding.
Worst ever wax. Medication required for pain, blistering burns and areas of skin severely damaged. Will be making a formal complaint. Please do not get sensitive areas waxed here as it is dangerous!

I had a Groupon voucher for massage and facial. It was a wonderful hour- relaxing and lovely treatments. I would definitely go back again!

I wish there was no stars because i wouldn't even give them a 1 star! I worked here for over three months in total as a receptionist and to honest i don't know why i stayed there that long. The business is absolutely ridiculous. The way it is run by the manager is very unacceptable and not to any standards at all!!! The two therapists i worked with are amazing girls. Kind and down to earth and great at their job, they both aren't their anymore as they feel the same as me and have been treated like this for years. They deserve so much better. The 'owner/manager' ,its in apostrophes because she acts in no way either of these. She lacks so much business management. It is absolutely unacceptable. I cant even explain how she runs this business. Some is very personal. She is very twisted and evil and doesn't care about her staff at all. I don't understand why someone would open a business when they cant even run it! She would never be in the salon in her spare time and leave it up to me and the two therapists to run it for her. Was completely unacceptable. When she would come in she would just complain and ask why nothing is done to me. Because she was never there since day one of the job to guide me. This was my first job and i can tell you this will be the worst experience i will ever go through in a job, its a shame really. I feel really bad on her because this business wont last long. She has done so much to me to cause me so much stress and hassle. So much so that i had to take things with her way further. And she treats all of her staff like this. All I'm saying is do not pay any money to this business. It is twisted, she is twisted. Find somewhere else much better and let this woman get what she deserves. This review is me trying to be nice. She actually writes reviews herself on the Facebook page as fake profiles and rates them 5 stars. Also i wrote a really fair review which was very calm not like this. And she has now disabled the reviews so no one can see what i have put. Which made me very angry. So if anyone has read this, thanks for taking time to read about my experience and i think everyone should think about how the staff are treated not just to go in for a treatment. Thank you.
