My name is Jim Mason and my Football experience includes (Part time roles) with professional clubs include Reading FC (11 years - Senior Scout / Scotland) , Dundee United FC (6 years Youth Scout / Coach) Kilmarnock FC (3 Years Youth Team Management / player identification) . In addition I have managed / coached amateur youth teams in age groups 12-16 yrs. Coaching badges include SFA B License ( 1990). Today I am a member of the PFSA and hold Level 2 Talent ID certificate. I am confident my experience can be of help to clubs looking to expand / improve their scouting and recruitment programmes.
